📌📌 1. Union Minister Dr. Zaw Wai Soe says that not all non-CDMers will be taken legal action in accordance with the law, but just those who should be

At a public Q&A program held in February, Union Minister Dr. Zaw Wai Soe said the following about the CDM policy:

“It is the law to take action against those non-CDM staff to whom it should be. The right action must be taken against the right person. Please carefully read the policy’s points. It does not mention that all non-CDM staff will face legal action. Analyze the policy attentively to understand what positions will be assigned to them with what types of commitments in the future. This policy will be made into law. We will not do it unfairly. We are waging a justice-seeking revolution to build a country with a just society. We will never do injustice, and we will never accept injustice.”

There are non-CDM staff who continue to work under the military council but serve as public informants for the National Unity Government.
