📌📌 1. The Union Prime Minister says that the faster the revolution can be pushed, the faster the terrorist military council will collapse
At the Cabinet Meeting held on December 27, Union Prime Minister Mahn Winn Khine Thann said that the faster the revolution can be pushed, the faster the terrorist military council will collapse.
The Union Prime Minister stated the following at the meeting:
“The time for our revolutionary forces is limited. The work that needs to be done in a week must be done in a week, and the work that needs to be done in a month must be done in a month. Since the revolution is working with lives, the faster we push forward, the sooner the terrorist military council will collapse.”
The National Unity Government is implementing a one-year strategic plan and waging the Spring Revolution, and December 2022 is the end of Phase 1 of the one-year strategic plan.

U Aung Myo Min, Union Minister of Human Rights, said during an interview in December that the means that would require the international community to take action against the military council would emerge in the near future.

The Justice For Myanmar (JFM) announced in the final week of December that the Thai company PTTOR had suspended payments for the oil transportation and storage joint venture projects between the Myanmar crony company Kanbawza (KBZ).
The JFM stated, “Following the Myanmar public’s boycott campaign against military businesses, the Thai company PTTOR has suspended payments for the oil transportation and storage joint venture projects with the Myanmar crony company Kanbawza (KBZ). The project involves a build-transfer (BOT) agreement with the military business conglomerate Myanmar Economic Corporation (MEC). We welcome this announcement which is long overdue.”
PTTOR’s move comes after the recent decision by Norway’s sovereign wealth fund to withdraw investment from PTTOR and its parent company PTT.

On December 28, the Lightning Guerrilla Force (Thabeikkyin) warned the people not to travel beyond the specified time along the Mandalay-Bhamo strategic road in Thabeikkyin Township. It stated as follows:
“A sound bomb was detonated at 9:00 p.m. on December 27 as a warning to large and small vehicles that are driving past the specified time along the Mandalay-Bhamo strategic road in Thabeikkyin Township.”
The Lightning Guerrilla Force (Thabeikkyin) also requested people refrain from riding on vehicles that do not follow their rules.

On December 28, the Flying Cloud Guerrilla Defence Force, a local people’s defence force in Sagaing Division, said the following:
“Without knowing us personally, a bricklayer has consistently supported our group on a monthly basis for seven months. In addition, he said, ‘Brothers, if you need a phone bill [recharging of a pre-paid card] in the front line, tell me right away what card it is.’ Hearing it gives us mental strength. How great it would be if most of the businesspeople in Myanmar had his mindset.”
The bricklayer keeps half of his wages for his family and donates the other half to revolutionary groups.

On December 28, the Tigyaing Township People’s Defence Force claimed that it had provided sacks of rice and blankets to the people who were affected by the fires that were set by the terrorist military.
“The Tigyaing Township People’s Defence Force donated one sack of rice, two blankets, and some clothes to each of the people who were affected by the fires that were set by the terrorist military in Tigyaing Township,” it stated.
The terrorist military has launched a series of attacks on Tigyaing Township with superior forces, and the number of displaced people is on the rise.
