Acting President Duwa Lashi La said that the military dominance of the mountainous regions, and the resistance of the mainland and rural areas, are more resilient than expected. On March 9, the National Unity Government’s Acting President delivered a message to the public as follows:
“The military dominance of the mountainous regions, as well as the resistance of the mainland and rural areas, are found to be more resilient than expected. We also need to remember that this resistance is very capital-intensive.”
Currently, the NUG is accelerating the speed of the military, and carrying out various military fronts in accordance with the one-year strategic plan.

“People are completely opposed to military dictatorships and are well aware that their basic human rights will be violated if they live under them. Therefore, effective measures have been requested from the international community in order to save their lives and properties. However, the request of the people of Myanmar has not yet been received,” the ambassador said. Moreover, the ambassador added that women and girls have been participating in the front lines of the people’s resistance war.

On March 9, the terrorist army raided a shop selling Za Lone Gyi Curry Paste in Mandalay and arrested the owner.

Defense forces carried out two mine attacks on the military council’s convoy carrying copper from Monywa NaMaKha, killing five junta forces. On March 9, the Monywa District No. 5 Battalion (Aung San Force) reported the military news as follows:
“At approximately 11:00 a.m., our Monywa District No. 5 Battalion Aung San Force A.S.F. and allied forces, including the Monywa Fighter Group, Generation Z People’s Defense Force, and People’s Youth Defense Force, launched a first mine attack on the military council’s convoy carrying copper from Monywa NaMaKha near the Swan Yee Htet gas station on the Monywa – Mandalay Highway. For the second time, our Monywa District No. 5 Battalion (Aung San Force – A.S.F) launched a mine attack on a copper convoy from Monywa’s NaMaKha near Natyaekan, Chaung-U township, killing three junta forces and injuring many more.”
The attack killed at least two junta forces and might have injured many others.
