๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 1. KIA and Allied Forces Capture Military Junta's Medical Battalion in Bhamo

Resistance forces led by the Kachin Independence Army (KIA) have successfully seized control of a military junta medical battalion in Bhamo, according to local military sources.

Reports indicate that KIA and allied forces captured the No. 11 Military Field Medical Battalion (Ma Sa Ya - 11) in Bhamo. Pro-junta Telegram channels have been spreading propaganda since February 13, acknowledging the loss of the medical battalion.

Local military sources revealed that the battalion has been under resistance control for nearly three days. However, due to frequent junta airstrikes, the news was not disclosed earlier.

The military junta has intensified airstrikes on Bhamo, with February 13 witnessing particularly severe aerial bombardments. On February 14, at approximately 4 PM, junta forces launched an air raid on Sinkhan village in Bhamo Township, using jet fighters to drop three 200-pound bombs. The attack resulted in the deaths of two civilians and left three others seriously injured, according to local sources.

Bhamo remains a heavily fortified junta stronghold, housing approximately 15 battalion headquarters, including the No. 21 Operations Command Headquarters, the No. 7006 Armored Battalion, the No. 366 Artillery Battalion, the Military Security Battalion, and Infantry Battalion 236, along with the Bhamo Airfield.

KIA and allied forces have taken control of several key locations, including the aforementioned military facilities. Currently, intense clashes are ongoing as resistance forces attempt to seize the No. 21 Operations Command Headquarters. Both sides have sustained casualties in the battle for control over Bhamo.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 2. Drone Strike Targets Pyu Saw Htee Camp in Kan Ni Village, Myaing Township

A Pyu Saw Htee militia camp in Kan Ni village, Myaing Township, Magway Region, was attacked by drones, according to the Kyarr Thit Nhat resistance group’s Myaing unit.

The attack occurred around 11 AM on February 14, when resistance forces launched drone strikes on the Pyu Saw Htee camp. Intelligence reports indicated that the militia members had been receiving military training from junta troops stationed in Tharyar Kwe village.

The resistance forces carried out the attack using drone operators who were undergoing combat training. Some drone bombs reportedly landed near a school and within residential compounds, but the extent of damage and casualties remains unconfirmed, according to the Kyarr Thit Nhat resistance group’s Myaing unit.

The operation was conducted jointly by the Kyarr Thit Nhat resistance force’s Myaing unit and allied Pa Ka Pha township forces. During the attack, two resistance drones were lost.

The junta's No. 369 Artillery Battalion, stationed in Ayadaw Township, Sagaing Region, was attacked with heavy artillery, potentially resulting in casualties on the junta's side, according to the Snipe Rangers Force - Local PDF.

On February 13, at approximately 11:30 AM, the resistance group launched three 60mm artillery shells at the No. 369 Artillery Battalion, which operates under the Northwestern Regional Military Command (Na Ma Kha). The shells landed within the battalion compound, but the extent of damage and casualties among junta forces remains under investigation.

This attack was jointly carried out by the Snipe Rangers Force - Local PDF and the Special Revolution Force - Daung Nyi Naung.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 4. PSLF Representatives Arrive in Kunming for Talks with Junta Officials

Representatives of the Pa Laung State Liberation Front (PSLF/TNLA) have arrived in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China, to engage in talks with Myanmar’s military junta officials, according to a statement from the PSLF/TNLA Information and Public Relations Department on February 15.

The PSLF delegation, led by Deputy Commander-in-Chief Major General Tar Jot Jar and Chief of Allied Relations Colonel Tar Moe Hein, comprises nine representatives. On the junta’s side, Major General Ko Ko Oo, who previously led negotiations with the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA), will head the delegation.

The talks, facilitated by the Chinese government, are set to begin on February 16, focusing on resolving ongoing military conflicts.
