📌📌 7. Spring Inya Condominium sales begin in 6 days, and pre-registration is currently available through EOD agents
The End of Dictatorship (EOD) initiative announced the following about the sales of the Spring Inya Condominium on April 23:
“Spring Inya Condo is set to start sales on April 29, so there are only 6 days left to start. There are people who have already deposited money in advance with agents because they didn’t get a chance in the previous Spring Valour Condo,” said the EOD.
“Unlike the previous EOD projects, this one offers the option to pay the money due during the revolution in six instalments over the course of six months, which is quite appealing,” said the EOD.
Spring Inya Condominium will be constructed on a site next to U Tun Nyein Road that is part of 30 acres of terrorist military-owned land on Parami Road, according to the EOD.
“It is a unique, sizable plot of land on the littoral zone of Inya Lake with a high land value and a direct view of the Shwedagon Pagoda and a panoramic view of Yangon passing through the scenery of Inya Lake,” stated the EOD.
Spring Inya Condominium will be built on the land near “Innya Walk” that will be implemented in the post-revolution period, and a total of 750 condo units will be sold.
