📌📌 1. Acting President Duwa Lashi La said that the revolution and the administration can now be carried out simultaneously as the administrative work has begun in the territories of the allies


On September 24, Acting President of the National Unity Government, Duwa Lashi La, delivered a message to the people through social media that the revolution and the administration can now be carried out simultaneously as the administrative work has begun in the territories of the allies. 

“We are able to start administrative work in the territories of our allies. This clearly shows that the revolution and the administration can be carried out simultaneously,” the acting president said. 

Currently, the National Unity Government is proceeding according to the federal charter, and is cooperating with the ethnic revolutionary forces in military and political matters.

📌📌 2. NUG is communicating with international organizations in the natural resources and environment sector


On September 22, Union Minister Dr. Tu Hkawng gave a briefing at the regular meeting of the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (38/2023) held via video conference.

In the field of natural resources and environmental management, the minister clarified that they are communicating with international organizations in addition to activities such as establishing a union-level resource management team and holding regular meetings, establishing policy guidelines, issuing emergency announcements, and forming resource management township teams.

In addition, in the area of natural resource and environmental awareness promotion, the ministry’s plans were presented and discussed in detail, including opening educational lessons in basic education online schools in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, organizing public awareness activities on social networks, providing financial support for 4,262 CDM employees, and opening and teaching vocational training for 410 CDM employees.

The Interim Judicial Affairs Department of the Ministry of Justice of the National Unity Government and judges from the township courts held a dialogue meeting (4/2023) on September 24.

The meeting was attended by U Yan Gyi Aung, Director General of the Ministry of Justice’s Interim Judicial Affairs Department, directors, officials from the Interim Judicial Affairs Department, and judges from the ground courts.

First of all, Director General U Yan Gyi Aung said in his opening speech, “The necessary trainings have been delivered to the various courts, and there will be further trainings to be delivered later. In order for judicial activities to run smoothly on the ground, efforts have been made to form coordination teams with the relevant defense and administrative teams. Mainly, the Interim Judicial Affairs Department and the judges of the various township courts need to work together to improve the processes ahead of time.”

After that, the officials responded to the questions of the attending judges, and the resolution of the meeting and the next process were adopted.

📌📌 4. Spring Pyin Oo Lwin Investment can be purchased through Spring Development Bank


On September 23, Spring Development Bank announced that Spring Pyin Oo Lwin Investment can be purchased through the Spring Development Bank.

When investing in the land of Spring Pyin Oo Lwin, an EOD project, if you buy it through the spring banking system, you have already collected a dream place for your future, as well as supporting the revolution,” it stated.

As a program of The End of Dictatorship (EOD), “Spring Pyin Oo Lwin Investment Project” plans to develop about 300 acres of land near Tatmadaw University of Technology, among the illegally confiscated military lands, for commercial use and housing.

100 feet x 200 feet plots will be developed on the side of Mandalay-Lashio road for commercial use. Inside the project, 40 feet x 80 feet plots, 80 feet x 80 feet plots and 1 acre plots will be developed and sold as residential plots.

Land ownership will be obtained, and it will be sold at a value of about one-third of the market price. The payment period will be divided into revolutionary and post-revolutionary periods.

📌📌 5. A rally to eradicate the military dictatorship and a demonstration supporting Myanmar Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun were held in South Korea


On September 24, the Myanmar Federal Democratic Mission Coalition (MFDMC) announced that a demonstration for the eradication of military dictatorship and support Myanmar Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun was held in South Korea.

“Myanmar Federal Democratic Mission Coalition (MFDMC) and the revolutionary people gathered together to protest against the military dictatorship and to support Myanmar Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun in front of Keimyung University Station in Daegu, South Korea,” it stated.

MFDMC comrades and students demonstrated the importance of support troops for the revolutionary journey, the important role of revolutionary women in the Spring Revolution, the talk for boycotting military products that keep the military council alive, the support for Myanmar Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun to remain in the UN, reciting revolutionary poems, and shouting revolutionary songs. It was reported that Myanmar forces in Korea participated in the movement.

📌📌 6. As of August 2023, there have been 108 displaced people bitten by poisonous snakes in Kanbalu District since the coup


On September 24, Kyunhla-Kanbalu Activists Group – Kanbalu District informed about the news.

“Since the coup to the end of August 2023, there have been 108 displaced people who have been bitten by poisonous snakes in Kanbalu District. A total of 108 people with 77 men and 31 women have been bitten by poisonous snakes. Among them, 10 men and 1 woman have lost their lives,” it stated.  

The deceased after being bitten by poisonous snakes were war refugees from villages in Kanbalu Township, including Koe Taung Boe, Chat Thin, Pint Thar, Htan Kone, and Zegon Circuits which are frequently raided by the military column. It is estimated that there are more than 30 villages displaced in Kanbalu Township, and the number of displaced people is over 30,000.

On September 24, the CDF Matupi Battalion (2) informed that two military council soldiers defected to the CDF Matupi Battalion (2) with 2 hand grenades and 122 rounds of MA cartridges.

On September 18, 2023, Private Moe Aung and Private Toe Naing Wai defected to CDF Matupi Battalion-2 with 2 hand grenades and 122 rounds of MA cartridges. Also on September 9, two members of the military council defected to CDF Matupi Battalion-2 along with weapons and they were granted rewards.

On September 24, the Kyaikhto Information Organization (KIT) stated that the division commander of the 44th Division based in Kyaikto had fled.

“I think he got the information prior to escaping that he is involved in the chain of those who are being arrested and examined in Nay Pyi Taw. He has been desperately searched for in the nearby villages since September 23. He is the only one missing,” confirmed the KIT.

As the division commander of the 44th Division based in Kyaikto Township has fled, the terrorist junta soldiers under the 44th Division are desperately looking for him.

📌📌 9. PDF Mandalay successfully produced 9-mm semi-auto pistols at a cost of 600,000 kyats


On September 24, a comrade from Yakha Brothers PDF-Mandalay confirmed that 9mm semi-auto pistols at a cost of 600,000 kyats were successfully produced by Yakha Brothers PDF-Mandalay.

“We still can’t produce a lot. Each pistol costs 600,000 kyats. It’s produced with the mold,” he said.

Yakha Brothers PDF-Mandalay has informed the public that it has succeeded in producing 9 mm semi-auto pistols with the help of the people. It stated, “After the production is successful, we would like to produce more.”
