๐Ÿ“Œ๐Ÿ“Œ 1. Graduation Ceremony Held for the 2nd Batch of Law Enforcement Investigation Officer Training

December 28
The graduation ceremony for the 2nd batch of law enforcement investigation officer training was held in a region within Ta'ang territory governed by the Pa Laung State Liberation Front/Ta'ang National Liberation Army (PSLF/TNLA).

The ceremony took place in the morning of December 26, attended by Major Tarkun Khyoj, Major Tar Yusin, Major Tar Hla Nyuw, other officers, local residents, and students, totaling more than 100 participants, according to a statement by the PSLF/TNLA News and Information Department.

Due to a shortage of investigation officers in Ta'ang territory, cases often face delays, and evidence tends to get lost. Major Tarkun Khyoj, the PSLF/TNLA Chief of Police, emphasized that newly graduated officers are expected to construct well-documented cases and forward them to the judiciary for proper investigation and prosecution.

Additionally, the Chief of Police highlighted that officers must adhere to specific guidelines and ensure detailed record-keeping in crime scenes and other incidents.

The training covered various subjects, including criminal law, traffic control, criminal investigation procedures, police ethics, evidence law, police station documentation, case building, analytical investigation, territorial management, and forensic medicine. These were taught by experienced instructors.

The training lasted over two months, with 30 trainees initially enrolling. However, due to various reasons, only 25 trainees successfully completed the course.
