#### 1. **Meeting Between Central Committee for Interim Local Administration and Public Administration Groups from Bago Region**

A meeting was held on December 1 at 10:00 AM between the National Unity Government’s (NUG) Central Committee for Interim Local Administration (CCILA) and public administration groups from the Bago Region. At the meeting, an introductory speech was delivered by a CCILA Secretary from the Prime Minister’s Office.
During the discussions, public administration group members raised queries about coordination tasks, which were answered by relevant departmental representatives.
Participants included permanent secretaries, deputy permanent secretaries, associate secretaries, departmental representatives, and members of public administration groups from the Bago Region. The meeting adjourned at 11:00 AM.

#### 2. **Two Investors Contribute Over $500,000 in ICO Seed Round**

Spring Development Bank announced on December 1 that two investors contributed over $500,000 each in the ICO Seed Round, demonstrating their trust in the vision for a better future.
The investors, who had also participated in ICO Round 2, were described as wealthy backers. They received dividends of no less than USD 3,200 each during two previous profit-sharing events of the Spring Development Bank. Additionally, their holdings in ICO 2 have doubled in value, now exceeding $1 million.

#### 3. **Campaign in Magway Region Honors PDF Heroes**

A “White Ribbon Campaign” was conducted in Magway Region on November 26, where People’s Defense Force (PDF) members were honored, according to a December 1 announcement from the Ministry of Women, Youth, and Children’s Affairs under the NUG.
In line with resolutions from public administration meetings and the Ministry’s guidance, each PDF member received 50,000 MMK, and a total of 55 members were honored. Additionally, the child of one member, aged four months, was awarded 50,000 MMK.
The event also featured discussions on the history of the "International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women" and women’s rights.

#### 4. **Authorities Alleged to Be Behind Knife Attacks in Nyaung-U**

In Mandalay Region’s Nyaung-U Township, officers from the junta’s Special Investigation Department (commonly known as “Three Star”) are reportedly orchestrating theft and robbery cases, blaming them on PDFs, according to sources.
The Nyaung-U People’s Defense Force stated they captured one perpetrator linked to such attacks. The individual, identified as Hla Ya Min from Ka Kyae Village, was involved in robberies, including an August 13 incident and other cases targeting gold shops in the township.
Since the coup, over 10 robbery incidents have been reported in Nyaung-U Township, all allegedly connected to the "Three Star" officers.

#### 5. **Bago’s Wildlife Conservation Campaign Begins Lottery Sales**

The “Take a Shop, Support Ammunition” campaign, aimed at conserving wildlife in the Bago Region, launched lottery ticket sales on December 1.
The campaign aims to raise 200 million MMK over 100 days by selling 20,000 lottery tickets. Each ticket is priced as follows:
- Myanmar: 10,000 MMK
- Thailand: 100 THB
- Malaysia: 20 MYR
- South Korea: 10,000 KRW
- USA: $5
- Singapore: $5 SGD
- UK: £5
- Japan: ¥500
The grand prize is a shop valued at approximately 6 million MMK in Tharyarwaddy District.
