**1. Twelve Junta Soldiers Killed in Mine Attack After Torching Sith Yone Village**

A junta column responsible for torching Sith Yone Village, in Myingyan Township, Mandalay Region, was attacked with mines near Kauk Khae police station on the Myingyan-Nabuu Ai road. The attack, carried out by the Shwe Kyin Guerrilla Force (Myingyan Township) on November 30 at 10:14 AM, involved approximately 100 junta troops. According to the group, 12 soldiers, including the column leader, were killed, and many others were injured.
The same junta column had also shot a woman, stolen public property, and burned the village.

**2. RCSS Executes Village Administrator and Detains Deputy Clerk in Nar Bone Village**

The RCSS forces reportedly executed Sai San Aung, a 28-year-old village administrator from Nar Bone Village Tract in Hopong Township, Shan State, and detained Sai Pan Ti, a 31-year-old deputy clerk.
Sai San Aung was attacked on the evening of November 30, while returning home from the Shan New Year celebration at the village monastery. He was reportedly ambushed and killed near the back of a shrine around 10:30 PM.
SSPP condemned the RCSS’s actions, particularly during a time when efforts were being made to mediate between the two Shan armed groups to cease hostilities.
