As an act of humanitarian support, a donation of JPY 200,000 was made to the Ministry of Women, Youth, and Children Affairs (MOWYCA) under the National Unity Government to aid displaced mothers and children affected by military oppression across Myanmar.
The Ministry expressed gratitude to Myanmar Youth Association Hokkaido (MYAH) for their generous contribution. In a statement released on February 13, the Ministry extended its appreciation to all MYAH members and wished them continued success in their efforts for the country and its people.

Deputy Minister Khun Sann Phu announced on social media on February 13 that efforts are being made to establish a community-based clinic in a war-affected region following requests from local residents.
“Moe Byel Rescue currently operates six clinics, providing basic healthcare services to around 1,500 people per month. Now, in response to demands from people in war-torn areas where no medical organizations are present, we are working to establish a community-based clinic. While we can arrange healthcare workers, there is an urgent need for medical supplies," he stated.
He also called on donors to provide direct support in medical supplies, emphasizing that such contributions would be greatly beneficial.
