๐๐ 1. CRPH and NUG Issue Messages on the 80th Anniversary of Anti-Fascist Revolution Day
March 27
On this 80th anniversary of Anti-Fascist Revolution Day, the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) has extended its wishes to all ethnic nationals residing in Myanmar and Myanmar citizens across the world. It expresses the hope that they will continue to resist and dismantle the brutal military dictatorship, which is even more oppressive and ruthless than historical fascist regimes, until it is completely eradicated, paving the way for revolutionary victories.
At present, due to the inhumane actions of the terrorist military regime, ethnic nationals are suffering immense losses, including lives, homes, and livelihoods, while severe human rights violations continue. The CRPH urges all revolutionary forces to take inspiration from historical lessons, particularly how the united strength of the people was able to overthrow Japanese fascist rule. With this same unyielding spirit, they must persist in their fight to establish a free and just Federal Democratic Union for future generations.
The National Unity Government (NUG) also stated that the national defense system, which was originally built with the hard-earned taxes and resources of the people, has transformed into a fascist army that oppresses and terrorizes civilians instead of protecting them. This shift occurred due to the unlawful power grab by an incompetent and self-serving military junta. Given that the entire population is resisting the regime across the country, the current struggle can rightly be referred to as the modern Anti-Fascist Revolution.
The NUG further emphasized that just as the unity and mutual respect among ethnic groups led to victory in past struggles, the ongoing people's revolution against the fascist military dictatorship must also be fought with solidarity and coordination among all ethnic nationalities. The NUG expressed hope that in the near future, the people will achieve decisive victories and establish a new federal armed force—one that is free from fascist influences and dedicated to protecting and serving the people.

During the fifth regular session of the Chin Parliament, the Chin Regional Governance Law and the Taxation Law 2025 were approved on March 13. However, an official public announcement on the details of these laws has not yet been made.
Between March 17 and 21, a government delegation—including Chin State Chief Minister Pu Par Htan, the Minister of Immigration, the Minister of Electricity and Energy, and the Minister of Construction—visited Lal Loi and Lui Van villages in Matupi Township, as well as Rezua town in Zotung region. During these visits, they met with the local population and briefed them on the newly enacted regional governance law, according to Khumi Media, a local news outlet.
Additionally, Chin Council Vice Chairman (2), the Speaker of the Parliament, and the Minister of Home Affairs traveled to several villages in Zophayram region, Mara region, and Louttu region from March 14 to 18, where they also engaged with local communities to explain the governance law.
Although different governance systems have been in place in various townships and resistance-controlled areas within Chin State, the enactment of the Chin Regional Governance Law is expected to streamline administrative functions and improve coordination between township authorities and the Chin government.
The Chin Parliament has also previously enacted laws related to budget management, organization registration, taxation, and judicial administration, further solidifying its governance framework.

๐๐ 4. People’s Defense Force (Pa Ka Pha) Confirms Compilation of Junta Collaborators’ List in Yekyi Township
March 27
The People’s Defense Force (Pa Ka Pha) in Yekyi Township has confirmed that it has compiled a list of individuals who have collaborated with the military junta in various capacities.
According to the Pa Ka Pha statement, the list includes individuals who have acted as administrative, economic, and organizational pillars for the junta, supporting its oppressive rule over the local population.
Yekyi Township, the birthplace of U Tin Maung Win, the junta-appointed Chief Minister of Ayeyarwady Region, is also the hometown of U Zaw Zaw, a well-known crony businessman. Due to these ties, the region has been significantly impacted by junta influence, causing severe hardships for local residents.
While the exact number of collaborators and detailed information were not disclosed, the Pa Ka Pha emphasized that the list was compiled through a meticulous verification process to ensure that no names were included based on personal grievances or without substantial evidence. The group further assured that its primary goal is to prevent harm to innocent individuals and to hold only the responsible parties accountable.
The Pa Ka Pha statement also highlighted that the list was gathered with the support and cooperation of the local population. Additionally, residents were encouraged to continue reporting individuals who have actively oppressed civilians or provided intelligence to the junta.
Since March 16, intense clashes have been ongoing in Yekyi Township between the military junta and revolutionary forces, including the Arakan Army (AA). The junta has responded with airstrikes, resulting in civilian casualties. Amid this conflict, the Pa Ka Pha has confirmed that it has completed the compilation of the list of junta collaborators.
These reports were submitted to Radio NUG by journalists Min Thihan and Ko Khant.
