๐๐ 1. Prime Minister Calls for Continued Participation in Movements Like Nway Oo Lottery Along the Path to Overthrow the Terrorist Military Regime and Establish a Federal Democratic Union
Prime Minister Mahn Winn Khaing Thann has urged continued participation in movements like the Nway Oo Lottery along the journey to dismantle the terrorist military regime and establish a new Federal Democratic Union.
This appeal was made during a speech commemorating the Nway Oo Lottery opening event, as shared by the Nway Oo Lottery family on March 4.
"In the near future, we must continue our journey towards the complete eradication of the terrorist military regime and the establishment of a Federal Democratic Union—one that guarantees freedom, justice, equality, and full self-determination for all ethnic brothers and sisters who have long aspired to these ideals. I strongly call for sustained participation in movements like the Nway Oo Lottery," said the Prime Minister.
Since its inception until the end of 2024, the Nway Oo Lottery initiative has successfully raised a total of 1,548.284 million kyats in support funds.

๐๐ 2. Prime Minister’s Office Spokesperson Urges Against Returning Detained Myanmar Nationals to the Terrorist Military Regime

The Prime Minister’s Office spokesperson has urged against the repatriation of detained Myanmar nationals back into the hands of the terrorist military regime.
Speaking at a press briefing for both the Myanmar public and the international community, National Unity Government (NUG) Prime Minister’s Office spokesperson U Nay Phone Latt stated:
"For neighboring countries, handing over detained Myanmar nationals to the terrorist military regime is tantamount to sending them to their deaths. Therefore, we earnestly appeal for protection in accordance with the legal provisions and directives that prohibit the forced repatriation of individuals who may face life-threatening dangers upon their return. We also urge for humanitarian assistance and safeguarding of these individuals."
Currently, both Thailand and Malaysia continue to detain undocumented Myanmar migrant workers on a daily basis.

The National Unity Government’s (NUG) Representative Office in Japan is set to meet with Myanmar nationals residing in Japan, according to reports.
The event, which aims to foster open and friendly discussions between NUG’s representative office members and Myanmar nationals in Japan, is scheduled for March 23.
The NUG Representative Office in Japan has extended an invitation for attendees to participate and share their views at this public meeting.

๐๐ 4. 22 Confirmed Civilian Deaths and 8 More Awaiting Verification Due to Aerial Attacks by the Military Junta

Airstrikes by the military junta have resulted in 22 confirmed civilian deaths, with an additional 8 civilian deaths still pending verification.
The civilian death toll from junta-led airstrikes continues to rise daily. According to data from the AAPP (Assistance Association for Political Prisoners), as of the last week of February, there were 22 confirmed civilian deaths with names identified, and 8 more deaths pending verification.
From February 1, 2021—the start of the illegal military coup—until March 3, 2025, a total of 6,366 individuals, including pro-democracy activists and civilians, have been killed during the Spring Revolution due to atrocities committed by the terrorist military regime and its affiliates.
