Major General Tun Myat Naing of the Arakan Army (AA) sent a reply saying that he had received a congratulatory message from Acting President Duwa Lashi La.
On April 10, Acting President Duwa Lashi La sent a congratulatory message for the 14th anniversary of the Arakan Army (AA).
“Today is the anniversary of the Arakan Army, and I wish to work together to establish a federal union where the people of Rakhine have the right to self-determination and the right to create their own destiny,” it stated.

The Anti-Coup Committee (Korea) announced that Acting President Duwa Lashi La and members of the One Day Challenge will hold a meeting to celebrate the New Year on April 10.
“To commemorate the 2023 New Year, Acting President Duwa Lashi La will hold a New Year’s meeting with ODC members, and not only ODC members but also other revolutionary comrades can freely come and discuss directly with the President,” it stated.
It is reported that the members and other revolutionary comrades will be able to directly and freely ask the Union Minister U Tin Tun Naing, Ministry of Planning, Finance and Investment, about what they want to know, i.e., how NUG is distributing the revolutionary grants received from the ODC.

The three approved online schools are Myanma Yadanar Federal School, Mya Nandar Federal School, and Eastern Sun Federal School.
Currently, more than 70 online schools and more than 10,000 ground-based schools have been opened nationwide for the Interim Education Programme.

On April 10, Myaing PaKaHpa confirmed the military news that 6 junta soldiers were killed in an attack with a pepper mine between Nyaungbin Village and Thanparachan Village in Myaing Township, Magway Division.
“The Myaing PaKaHpa together with the Bo Lin Mway’s group ambushed junta troops between Thanparachan Village and Htanbonetaw Village at around 10:00 a.m. on April 8, killing 1 junta troop. A column of about 70 soldiers from Myaing to Kanni Village was attacked by a pepper mine between Nyaungbin Village and Thanparachan Village at around 8:00 a.m., killing 2 junta troops,” it stated.
At about 10:40, the junta troops who came to pick up the dead bodies were attacked with another IED mine, killing three more, including a machine gunner.
It is said that they were not able to attack the column in some areas because it was using arrested civilians as human shields.

On April 10, at 11 a.m., the military council conducted an airstrike over the Webula new town, 8 civilians were killed and the injured have not yet been confirmed.

3 junta troops were killed when a junta column that spent the night in the village of Kathitkone in Kawlin Township, Sagaing Division, hit a mine on the way back to Kawlin.

“At 6:00 a.m. on April 9, PaKaHpa and The Secret Warrior joint forces attacked the junta column that had spent the night in Kathitkone Village in Kawlin, with mines on the way back to Kawlin near Koetaungboet road in Kya Khet Aike Village. In the attack, 3 junta troops were killed and 2 were injured.”
It is reported that the three dead soldiers were put on a house next to Kawlin-Koetaungboet Road and burned.
Similarly, at 4:10 pm on April 9, a junta support convoy that came from Kawlin was mined again 200 meters north of the Shwe Myanmar petrol station in Kya Khet Aike Village. In the attack, the tricycle was reportedly damaged and 7 junta troops fell from it.

On April 10, the CDF-Hakha Council issued an order informing that all newly-arrived employees and all employees who were positioned to Hakha after the coup must leave the city before the end of May.
“After the seizure of power by Min Aung Hlaing and his terrorist military on February 1, 2021, all newly arrived military council employees and all employees who were positioned to Hakha Township from other areas must move out of public housing and leave the township before the end of May 2023.”
It also said that if the order is not followed, action will be taken as required.
