Hello everyone, Starting from now, we will be presenting the domestic news headlines from Radio NUG on the morning of August 1, 2024.

  1. It is reported that the violent military not only attacks religious schools but also massacres civilians seeking refuge in these schools.

  2. Acting President Min Aung Hlaing has accepted the proposal to extend the six-month term of the acting president, defense chief, and prime minister, General Min Aung Hlaing.

  3. The military council has issued a directive stating that Myanmar workers traveling to Thailand must provide proof of transferring 25% of their salary back to Myanmar in order to process their documents.

  4. Personal items have been donated to the long-term internally displaced persons (IDP) camp in Chaung-U Township.

  5. A total of 84 people have died across the country due to the violent military group, including 5 children under 18 and 8 people over 60.
