๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 1. Continued Distribution of the Soldiers’ Code of Conduct (CoC) Pamphlets by the Ministry of Human Rights

On February 10, NUG’s Minister of Human Rights, U Aung Myo Min, announced via social media that pamphlets detailing the Soldiers’ Code of Conduct (CoC), originally issued by the Ministry of Human Rights, had been further distributed. Reports state that 96 soldiers from the People's Defense Forces (PDF) were involved in this ongoing awareness effort.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 2. Airstrike by SAC Air Force in Western Moke Koe Town Kills 5 and Injures 19

On February 10, the SAC Air Force dropped nearly 30 bombs on the western part of Moke Koe town, resulting in the deaths of five civilians and injuries to 19 others. The attack, carried out by a Y-12 aircraft, occurred in the early hours of the morning.

The incident caused extensive damage, including the destruction of seven houses by fire. TNLA confirmed the attack, stating it occurred in Moke Koe Township within the Ta’ang Region under the jurisdiction of Military Region 2.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 3. Permission Granted for Civilians to Resettle in Min Tat Township

The CDF-Mintat and the Min Tat Township People's Administration announced in February that civilians are now permitted to return and reside in the township.

Returning civilians are required to obtain a recommendation letter from the Township Administrator, District Administrator, or Village Administrator.

Guidelines for resettlement have been issued, specifying that civilians will be allowed to enter and exit the town from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM every Tuesday and Thursday. Cargo trucks, however, may pass through the town on other days between the same hours.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 4. People’s Embrace Rescues 31 New Recruits with 15 Weapons in January 2025

In January 2025, the People's Embrace organization successfully rescued 31 new recruits who brought along 15 weapons, according to an official announcement in February.

A representative from People's Embrace stated, "If you've been recruited into the military, escape and contact People's Embrace. These 31 individuals managed to leave the military in January 2025. While 31 may seem like a small number, each one represents a life saved."
