๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 1. Anniversary Memorial Ceremony for Fallen Comrades from the Police Station Raid in Linkataw, Held by the PDF in Yesagyo

The People's Defense Force (PDF) in Yesagyo Township organized a one-year anniversary memorial ceremony for comrades who fell during the operation to seize the police station in Linkataw, Myingyan Township.

The event, held on December 7 under the leadership of the Yesagyo PDF, included a salute to the National Unity Government (NUG) flag and tributes to those who sacrificed their lives with honor in the fight for federal democracy.

In addition, a moment of silence was observed, and the flag was flown at half-mast in honor of 18 comrades who died in the line of duty and during the police station raid.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 2. First Arms Installation Ceremony Held for the Special Operations Group (S.O.G)

Under the directive of the National Unity Government (NUG) and the Ministry of Defense, the Special Operations Group (S.O.G) conducted its first arms installation ceremony.

As per an agreement to equip 50% of the S.O.G personnel, the first batch, comprising 20% of the planned arms, was delivered on the morning of December 7. Southern Military Region Deputy Commander Saw Shar attended the ceremony and gave a speech.

The remaining 30% of the arms are scheduled for the second phase of distribution, with commitments reaffirmed by Deputy Commander Saw Shar. The S.O.G is set to escalate its operations against military tyranny under the directives of the NUG.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 3. Attack on the 266th Military Base near Hakha Leaves 3 Soldiers Dead and 11 Injured, 3 Guns Captured

On December 6, Chin National Army (CNA)-led Chin resistance forces attacked the 266th military base near Hakha in Chin State. The attack resulted in 3 fatalities and 11 injuries, including a senior officer, on the military side. Additionally, 3 firearms were seized.

Between November 25 and early December, the Chin resistance forces launched coordinated attacks on at least five military bases in Hakha and Thantlang, killing over 30, including officers, and capturing more than 60 firearms, ammunition, and 19 personnel.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 4. Military Base in Min Village, Yelay Kyun Region, Captured by Resistance Forces

The military base in Min Village, Yelay Kyun Region, Yesagyo Township, Magway Division, was captured in a coordinated assault by five resistance groups on December 7. The operation began at around 5:00 AM and lasted approximately four hours.

Despite aerial attacks by junta jet fighters, the resistance forces successfully secured the area. Two resistance fighters sustained injuries during the operation, but the mission was ultimately successful.

Participating groups included Bo 60 Strike Force, Yelay Kyun Resistance Group, TLK Force, and other allied units.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 5. Village Administrator Accused of Oppressing Locals Eliminated in Kyaukpindaung

On December 6, BTZM GBK PDF eliminated U Soe Naing, the administrator of Ayeyar Village in Kyaukpindaung, Bago Division. The operation occurred around 8:00 PM and targeted Soe Naing, who was allegedly providing intelligence to junta authorities and Pyu Saw Htee groups.

BTZM GBK PDF stated that such actions are necessary to protect local resistance movements from traitors collaborating with the military junta.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 6. Military Junta Executes Four Civilians from Chaunggwa Village, Bodies Found Abandoned

On December 6, junta soldiers abducted four civilians from Chaunggwa Village, Oatpho Township, Bago Division. The victims were brutally executed overnight, and their bodies were later abandoned near the village.

Reports state that the victims, U Kula, U Khin Soe, U Min Lwin, and U Soe Gyi, were abducted by six junta soldiers in plainclothes. Their bodies were discovered near a road early the next morning.

The junta falsely claimed that the killings were conducted by PDFs to discredit resistance forces. Resistance leaders strongly refuted these allegations, emphasizing their commitment to protecting civilians.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 7. Ambush on Resistance Fighters in Yesagyo Leaves One Injured

On the morning of December 6, two resistance fighters traveling by vehicle in Yesagyo Township, Magway Division, were ambushed near Kanthit Village. One fighter sustained minor injuries during the attack, and a junta soldier was reportedly killed in the counterfire.

The resistance fighters managed to escape but lost a vehicle, a Glock pistol, 40 grenade rounds, and approximately 400,000 kyats in cash.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 8. Recognition Ceremony for Disabled Resistance Fighters Held

In collaboration with local PDF and PAF units, the NUG’s Ministry of Defense organized a ceremony to honor disabled resistance fighters serving in the People's Defense Forces.

The event was held on December 7 at the 11th Battalion Hall in Yinmarbin District. Certificates of honor and financial assistance were awarded to disabled fighters in recognition of their sacrifices.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 9. Police Officer from Thilin Police Station Defects to Join the CDM

A police officer from Thilin Police Station, Magway Division, defected with his weapon to join the Civil Disobedience Movement (CDM) on December 4. The officer brought an MA-13 rifle and 142 rounds of ammunition.

Citing the junta’s inhumane practices as the reason for his defection, the officer is now under the protection of the NUG, which plans to reward him for his courage and contribution.
