๐ฉ๐ฉ 1. SAC Forces Torch Kyauk Pyin Kan Village in Nyaung-U Township Without Any Armed Conflict, Despite Earthquake Devastation
The terrorist military council has not prioritized relief efforts in earthquake-affected areas but has instead launched an assault on Kyauk Pyin Kan Village in Nyaung-U Township, Mandalay Region, despite the complete absence of any armed conflict. According to the People’s Democratic Forces, SAC troops raided and burned down the village.
Additionally, the junta forces fired 60-mm mortars and indiscriminately shot small arms at displaced civilians from Kyauk Pyin Kan Village. They also set fire to makeshift shelters where displaced villagers were residing.
During the initial raid, the military torched 12 houses in the village and looted public property worth nearly 50 million kyats, with Pyu Saw Htee militias and SAC soldiers seizing the valuables, according to reports.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 2. SAC Drops 500-Pound Bombs on Min Tat Town
The SAC carried out consecutive airstrikes on Min Tat Town, Chin State, for two days, according to a local news outlet, Zalen News.
On April 2, at around 1:30 PM, SAC warplanes dropped four 500-pound bombs in two separate attacks. Details on casualties and damages remain unknown.
Additionally, on April 1, at around 10:30 AM, the junta carried out an airstrike near Wa Kauk Guesthouse in the eastern neighborhood of Min Tat, causing damage to residential areas.
Since the Chin National Brotherhood Alliance seized control of Min Tat, the SAC has conducted at least three airstrikes on the town.
Despite declaring a one-week national mourning period due to the recent earthquake in Myanmar, the SAC has continued its aerial attacks across the country.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 3. SAC Air Force Conducts Multiple Airstrikes on Kanpetlet, Destroying 20 Civilian Buildings
On April 2, at approximately 1:15 PM, the SAC air force carried out repeated airstrikes on Kanpetlet Town, Chin State, using jet fighters, destroying 20 civilian buildings, according to the Kanpetlet Pa Ah Pha.
The attacks targeted government structures and civilian homes, resulting in significant destruction.
Residents in Kanpetlet have been urged to take extra precautions against further air raids.

The SAC conducted a bombing attack using paramotors in Lemyethna Township, Ayeyarwady Region, killing two civilians, according to DVB News.
On March 31, the junta forces dropped bombs from paramotors on Wataw Kwin Village, near the border of Lemyethna and Ingapu townships.
As a result of the bombing, two civilians lost their lives, one was injured, and eight houses were burned down, according to local sources.
The SAC’s Light Infantry Battalion 63, based in Kyonpyaw, has been carrying out aerial bombings on villages in Lemyethna, Yekyi, and other areas along the Rakhine-Ayeyarwady border since the second week of March.
While the nation is reeling from the devastating earthquake, the SAC has conducted 48 airstrikes, resulting in at least 58 casualties.

Despite declaring national mourning, the SAC launched a drone strike on Sam Ma Hse Village in Naung Cho Township, killing one civilian, according to PSLF/TNLA.
On April 2, at around 4:20 PM, the SAC carried out the drone attack from The Khaw Village, targeting Sam Ma Hse Village in Naung Cho Township, northern Shan State, which is under TNLA control.
The explosion killed one civilian and damaged a house.
Earlier, on March 31, the SAC also used drones to drop 120-mm bombs on Kyauk Kyan Village in Naung Cho Township.
The Northern Brotherhood Alliance, including TNLA, declared a unilateral ceasefire on April 1 to facilitate emergency relief efforts following the earthquake.
Additionally, PSLF/TNLA’s central administration has announced that all festive celebrations, including Thingyan, will be suspended in the five townships under its control out of respect for the earthquake victims.

Reports state, "Heavy artillery shelling has been continuously launched eastward from within Monywa using 120mm artillery."

๐ฉ๐ฉ 7. JCS Announces Military Operations Will Continue If SAC Does Not Halt Offensives
The Karenni Joint Command and Staff (JCS) has announced that military operations will be conducted in response to the SAC's ongoing offensives in Karenni State.
Additionally, JCS expressed deep condolences over the loss of lives and destruction caused by the March 28 earthquake in Sagaing, Mandalay, Naypyidaw, and southern Shan State.
However, as the SAC continues its attacks without any cessation, the Karenni forces have stated that they will adjust their relief operations accordingly and conduct military operations in response to SAC’s violent offensives against protected areas and civilians.
The Karenni Joint Command and Staff (JCS) was established with the goal of liberating Karenni State from SAC control. Since 2025, it has overseen both defensive and offensive military operations.
Since January, Karenni forces have been resisting SAC troops attempting to reclaim control over the main highway connecting Loikaw and Mobye. During these clashes, over 60 SAC soldiers were neutralized, and 16 small and medium-sized weapons were seized.
Similarly, in the Mobye region, Karenni forces from Bawlakhe and Phar Saung launched an offensive against SAC troops on March 4 to counter SAC offensives. Over the course of a month, they successfully attacked and disrupted at least seven strategic SAC outposts.
In these battles, over 60 SAC soldiers were killed, and Karenni forces captured over 40 weapons along with some SAC troops taken alive.
Currently, after the SAC forces attacked a convoy of aid vehicles from the Chinese Red Cross, the military council has declared a temporary ceasefire from April 2 to April 22, 2025, citing earthquake relief and reconstruction efforts as justification.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 10. SAC’s Atrocities in Magway Result in 95 Civilian Deaths, Including 12 Children Under 18
In Magway Region, 95 civilians, including 12 children under 18, have been killed due to SAC’s brutal actions. Among the victims, 29 were women and 66 were men, according to data compiled by the Assistance Association for Political Prisoners (AAPP).
Between January 1 and March 31, 2025, AAPP confirmed the deaths of these 95 individuals by name, verifying that 12 of them were children under 18.
Among the fatalities, 53 civilians were killed in SAC airstrikes, making air attacks the leading cause of civilian deaths, while 10 were killed by artillery shelling.
On March 31, at 2:40 PM, SAC forces stationed at Defense Equipment Factory No. 24 in Pakokku Township launched artillery strikes on Palaung Village in Pakokku Township. One of the shells struck the village, fatally wounding a woman named Ma Eikaryi in the abdomen.
