๐ฉ๐ฉ 1. CNF Declares No Intention to Attack Towns Under Revolutionary Control in Chin State
July 12
The Chin National Front / Chin National Army (CNF/CNA) has officially announced that it has no intention of attacking townships currently under the control of revolutionary groups in Chin State.
On July 11, CNF's Secretariat Office issued a statement clarifying that the CNF/CNA has no plan to launch offensives on towns such as Falam or any other township in Chinland that is already under the control of other revolutionary forces. The statement emphasized:
“We have no objective to take over towns that are already liberated through joint revolutionary efforts. We do not engage in governance. Local people themselves engage in discussions and make decisions, and we respect their choices.”
The CNF reaffirmed that Chinland is not merely a specific township or geographic region, but is instead a shared domain representing the collective interests and future of the Chin people as a whole.
A CNF spokesperson further added that their primary responsibility is to protect the lives and property of the people and that their main focus remains the success of the revolution and military victory—not administrative control.
