They discussed how the Philippine parliaments can take up more of the Myanmar issue. At the meeting with Representatives France L. Castro and Raoul Danniel Abellar Manuel, as well as Philippine Senator Ms. Risa Hontiveros, who is involved in Myanmar issues, the Union Minister presented the achievements of the revolution on the ground and urged the Philippines to properly support the Myanmar democracy movement. The participants discussed how the Philippines, which will become ASEAN's rotating chairmanship in 2026, should begin working on the Myanmar issue this year, as well as how the parliament should collaborate with democracy forces including the National Unity Government, the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH), and ethnic organizations. Members of the Philippine Senate and House of Representatives also expressed their support for the Myanmar people's struggle for federal democracy and human rights, and they discussed with participants about the ongoing process that can be implemented.

The Union Minister of the Ministry of Communications, Information and Technology of the National Unity Government, U Htin Lin Aung stated on social media on July 25th that we have heard good news after another and seen the happiness news of the city dwellers. On July 25th, at 5:00 p.m., the Ta'ang armed group occupied all terrorist military junta camps in Mogok town, which is part of the Ta'ang armed group’s –TNLA Brigade-2 area. Similar to this, on July 25th, at 4:00 a.m., the MNDAA Army took complete control of the Northeast Command headquarters in Lashio City following 23 days of fighting.

3. Myanmar Witness, a human rights organization, reported on July 20th that at least 174 educational schools throughout the country have been assaulted in the three years since the military coup. According to reports, schools across the country have been damaged by gunfire and arson, as well as an air attack by terrorist military junta forces, and several educational facilities have been repeatedly attacked. According to the report, this attack has severely harmed children's rights to an education. According to Myanmar Witness, the terrorist military junta's attack severely damaged 113 schools, while drone attacks damaged 61 schools. Sagaing Region suffered the most school-related damage, being targeted 36 times. Shan, Karen, and Karenni (Kayah) states were each targeted 11 times, while drones struck up to 36% of schools in the Sagaing region. The Myanmar Witness report stated that it received information on 106 injuries and was able to confirm some deaths during the school attack, as well as 64 times regarding the situation of victims as a result of the school attack.

4. According to local news sources, terrorist military junta forces burned more than 30 houses in the Mingun area, which is situated to many ancient pagodas and stupas. On the morning of July 23rd, an officer from the Mingun police station and one militia member were shot and killed. As a result, 100 military, police, and militia members formed a column and burned down 34 houses near the historic Mya Thein Tan pagoda. According to The Wetlet Informational Network, the military column set fire to 28 houses in Shar Yong village and 4 houses in Mingun village, as well as several houses in surrounding villages.
