๐ฉ๐ฉ 1. Union Minister Dr. Zaw Wai Soe and CDM Medical Team Ready to Enter Mandalay and Naypyidaw to Provide Medical Assistance to Earthquake Victims if Security Guarantees are Given by the Military Council

Union Minister Dr. Zaw Wai Soe stated in an interview with PVTV that he and the CDM medical team are prepared to enter Mandalay and Naypyidaw to provide medical care and assistance to earthquake-affected civilians, provided that security guarantees are given by the military council.
"I am ready to go. I am prepared to go to Mandalay and Naypyidaw. If they agree today, I can go today. It’s not just me—our entire CDM team is ready. We have emergency specialists, orthopedic surgeons, doctors, and nurses on standby," said the minister.
A statement issued by the NUG government on March 29 also mentioned that if security guarantees are in place in major cities under military control, CDM professionals working with the National Unity Government (NUG) will collaborate with international humanitarian organizations to carry out emergency rescue and medical operations for earthquake victims.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 2. A Five-Year-Old Child, a Pregnant Woman, and a 29-Year-Old Woman Rescued After Being Trapped for Over 60 Hours in Sky Villa Condo, Mandalay

A Chinese rescue team successfully rescued a five-year-old child, a pregnant woman, and a 29-year-old woman who had been trapped for over 60 hours in the Sky Villa Condo in Mandalay, according to reports.
The rescue operations were carried out overnight, and between 5:37 AM and 6:20 AM on March 31 (local time), teams from China’s Ramunion Rescue and other Chinese rescue organizations successfully pulled out the trapped victims.
According to the Chinese Embassy in Yangon, the child was in stable condition upon rescue, while the two women were immediately transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
Similarly, a woman trapped in the Great Wall Hotel in Mandalay was also rescued by a Chinese rescue team.
Following the powerful earthquake on March 28, numerous people were trapped in the collapsed Sky Villa building in Mandalay Region.
On March 31, search and rescue teams, in collaboration with rescue personnel from the People’s Republic of China, continued efforts to locate and save survivors. Two women were successfully rescued alive, while the bodies of two deceased victims were also recovered. Search and rescue operations are still ongoing.
There are growing hopes that more family members might still be alive under the rubble, as believed by relatives on the ground.

Both the Kachin Independence Organization (KIO) and the Karen National Union (KNU) have announced their commitment to assisting Myanmar’s earthquake victims to the best of their ability.
According to a statement issued by the KIO on March 30, the powerful earthquake caused widespread casualties, including deaths, injuries, and disappearances across Mandalay Region, Sagaing Region, Southern Shan State, Magway Region, and Bago Region. Many homes and buildings collapsed, leading to significant devastation.
The KIO and the Kachin people expressed deep sorrow over the loss and pledged to provide as much support as possible for reconstruction efforts and humanitarian aid.
Similarly, the Karen National Union (KNU) issued a statement expressing solidarity with the public in mourning the losses caused by the earthquake, which resulted in extensive destruction of lives and properties.
The KNU affirmed its commitment to assisting in emergency response efforts by mobilizing available resources and capabilities to provide necessary aid.

The Shwebo Township Pa Ka Pha provided financial assistance and words of encouragement to the families of two individuals from Kanthar Kone Village who lost their lives due to the earthquake, according to reports from Pa Ka Pha Voice.
Additionally, they visited the Kanthar Kone Mosque, which was severely damaged by the earthquake, and provided necessary relief supplies.
Union Minister U Yee Mon of the NUG Ministry of Defense had earlier instructed the People’s Defense Forces (PDF) and local defense groups to collaborate with revolutionary organizations in their respective areas to provide as much assistance as possible to those affected by the natural disaster. This directive was issued on March 28.

ZFU/PDF ZOLAND has officially marked its 4th anniversary on March 31.
"It has been exactly four years since we established ZFU/PDF ZOLAND in our fight to liberate Myanmar from military dictatorship. Over these four years, we have endured countless sacrifices—lives lost that can never be reclaimed, limbs and physical abilities sacrificed, and immense suffering borne in dedication to the revolution. However, through these sacrifices and relentless efforts, ZFU/PDF ZOLAND has achieved significant victories that are well deserved.
These successes were not solely due to our own strength, but also because of the unwavering support of the people, the relentless dedication and unity of our comrades, and the protection and blessings of God," the statement declared.
In commemoration of the 4th anniversary, various congratulatory messages have been sent to ZFU/PDF ZOLAND.

In response to ongoing public distress over earthquakes, a group of Myanmar IT professionals from Studio Next Steps has developed and shared a Telegram ChatBot designed to provide real-time earthquake alerts.
The ChatBot retrieves earthquake-related information directly from Thailand’s Meteorological Department and delivers alerts promptly. It supports both Burmese and English languages.
"This is a reliable and secure ChatBot, so users can utilize it with confidence. We also encourage people to share it widely," the developers stated.
Instructions for Use:
To access the Telegram ChatBot, users with a mobile device that has Telegram installed can scan the QR code below with their phone's camera, install the bot, and press the 'Start' button to begin using it.
The ChatBot is available for use not only in Myanmar and Thailand but also by people in other countries.
