After explaining the Department of Agriculture and Livestock’s structure and operations, the Sagaing District People’s Administration Group explained the processes, recommendations, and reviews of the district’s area field inspections, and officials from various departments in attendance explained the ministry’s functions.

Following that, the public administration groups in the Sagaing and Magway regions discussed the difficulties they were experiencing on the ground and what they wanted to know, and the officials responded. The meeting was attended by Union Ministers who are members of the Interim Local Public Administration Central Committee, Deputy Union Ministers, permanent secretaries, associate permanent secretaries, officials from various departments, leaders and members of public administration bodies in Sagaing and Magway regions.
