📌📌 1. Acting President requested ethnic leaders to be considerate of the people and protect the benefits of the people
In the cabinet meeting (13/2023) of the National Unity Government, Acting President requested ethnic leaders to be considerate of the people and protect the benefits of the people.
“I would like to make this request again to the ethnic leaders. The terrorist military is trying to destroy the existing understanding among our ethnic leaders and to divide in various ways in order to maintain their power. We all need to take great care about this. Always remember the atrocities of the military that make the people of your region suffer where you have been appointed as a leader. Please be considerate of your people and sympathize with them. I would like to request you once again to protect the benefits of the people in your area with political dignity rather than your own power and self-interest,” he said.
Currently, the National Unity Government and ethnic resistance forces, including the KNU and the KIA, are cooperating with each other for the revolution.
