4. The Ta'ang National Liberation Army-TNLA issued a statement on July 5th stating that eight TNLA soldiers were poisoned as a result of the terrorist military junta's use of poison gas bombs during the battle at the No.66 Missile Battalion in Nungcho Township, Northern Shan State. The terrorist military junta attacked the TNLA-led combined forces offensive to take the remaining Missile Battalion in Nungcho, the Ta'ang Pyi Brigade's second military Brigade, on July 1st and July 4th, dropping a poison gas bomb and three poison gas bombs respectively. According to the TNLA, soldiers suffered rapid breathing, agitation, exhaustion, a lack of oxygen, and nausea while obtaining medical treatment.
