๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 2. Min Aung Hlaing Can Only Be Confronted Militarily, Says PDF Insight

January 20

PDF Insight has concluded that the only way to deal with Min Aung Hlaing is through military means, stating that this approach is unequivocally clear.

In its ongoing analysis of military strategies published throughout January, PDF Insight noted:
"Min Aung Hlaing is not an ordinary military coup leader. He embodies all the destructive legacies of the military and is a figure marred by individual pettiness and intellectual deficiencies. No matter who occupies his position, the system will remain the same. Reforming such an institution is impossible. Thus, resolving the issue through military means is undeniably clear."

The analysis further highlighted that the revolutionary forces have already surpassed the phase of learning military strategies. Both EAO (Ethnic Armed Organizations) leaders and the NUG’s acting president have laid out well-defined and transparent paths to confront the military regime.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 3. Military Junta Responsible for the Deaths of 478 Women in 2024

January 20

The Myanmar Women’s Union reported on January 20 that a total of 478 women lost their lives in 2024 due to the violent actions of the military junta.

Since the military seized power on February 1, 2021, the junta has continued to commit a wide range of human rights violations, including war crimes and crimes against humanity. Over the nearly four years of military rule, women have become daily victims of violence, with 478 women tragically losing their lives in 2024 alone.

Despite the ongoing conflict, the Myanmar Women’s Union emphasized the courage and resilience of Myanmar’s women. Their continued determination stands as a powerful voice for justice and equality amidst the chaos.
