During the opening remarks, Prime Minister Mahn Winn Khaing Thann, who also serves as the Chairman of the Central Committee, stated that once state-level administrative mechanisms are established, there will no longer be a need for direct involvement in every township’s detailed affairs. He also expressed gratitude to responsible officials from relevant ministries for their efforts. The Prime Minister urged that weekly decisions and upcoming tasks be executed as swiftly as possible and stressed the importance of ministers dedicating time to essential processes that require their involvement.
During the meeting, committee members reviewed previous decisions and work plans set during Meeting 07/2025, assessed their implementation status, and discussed any remaining tasks. Responsible officials actively participated in extensive discussions on these matters.
The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Mahn Winn Khaing Thann and attended by Union Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, Associate Secretaries, and relevant officials. It successfully concluded at 1:30 PM.
