The military junta carried out an airstrike on the Nant Kha Village Clinic in Gangaw Township, Magway Region, resulting in the deaths of 11 people, including a doctor's family, and injuring six others, according to local reports.
A fighter jet from the Meiktila Air Base bombed the clinic at around 8:30 AM on March 22. The attack killed three members of a doctor’s family who were providing medical treatment and eight others who had come for consultations. Six people sustained injuries, according to reports from local sources.
The airstrike occurred during clinic hours when patients were receiving treatment. Among the victims, five were children, as confirmed by local residents.
As a result of the attack, the village clinic was set on fire and destroyed, and nearby houses were also damaged.
On March 20, the military junta also conducted an airstrike on A Lel Ban Village in Htilin Township, despite the absence of any active fighting, killing four civilians.
In Gangaw and Htilin, which are part of the central dry zone, airstrikes in March alone have killed at least 20 civilians and injured nearly 40, according to records.
The Revolutionary Forces in the area have urged civilians to remain vigilant, as the military junta continues to reinforce its troops and conduct airstrikes in the region.

The Kachin Independence Army (KIA) has confirmed recent clashes between the junta forces and KIA-led resistance forces in Hpakant and Waingmaw Townships in Kachin State over the past few days.
A battle took place near Kyauk Pya Village in Hpakant Township on March 22, while another occurred near La Myaing Village in Waingmaw Township on March 21, according to KIA's statement released on March 22.
Additionally, clashes were reported near Lonbra Village on the Hpakant-Mogaung Road, involving KIA-led forces and the junta troops.
Currently, tensions remain high as junta forces, along with the Shan Ni Army (SNA) and pro-junta militias, are stationed in Lawar and Don Bhone Kha Villages, according to local residents.
The military junta has been conducting military operations and reinforcing its troops in Waingmaw since March 17, leading to the clashes, according to reports.
Meanwhile, in Hukawng Region of Tanai Township, pro-junta militia leader Kyaw Thu Ya and his People's Militia Force have been actively patrolling the area, interrogating locals, and extorting money, according to KIA.
The militia has also been recruiting new members, forcing elderly civilians to perform labor at military bases, and coercing young men into joining their ranks, reports indicate.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 3. Attack on Military Checkpoint on Yangon-Pyay Highway Leaves 8 Soldiers Dead

An attack on a military checkpoint in Minhla Township, along the Yangon-Pyay Highway, resulted in the deaths of eight junta soldiers, according to a statement from Battalion 3802, Division 2 of the Tharyarwaddy District military forces.
Following the attack, the junta imposed nighttime travel restrictions and issued a shoot-on-sight order, according to Yangon-based Khit Thit News.
The attack took place at midnight on March 20, near Oat Twin Village's military checkpoint in Minhla Township, where resistance fighters from Battalion 3802 launched an assault on the military outpost.
The firefight lasted approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, leaving seven junta soldiers dead and six others wounded. One resistance fighter sustained minor injuries.
Following the attack, the resistance forces seized one carbine rifle, 20 rounds of ammunition, and a motorcycle, and set fire to the checkpoint. However, only partial damage was reported.
On the morning of March 21, resistance fighters also carried out a remotely detonated landmine attack on a junta security unit stationed at the checkpoint bunker, killing one soldier and injuring four others.
As a result of the attacks, the junta has imposed a nighttime curfew from 6 PM to 6 AM on the Yangon-Pyay Highway since March 22, restricting civilian movement, according to local sources.
Due to security concerns, junta forces at Infantry Battalion 1 in Sein Kan Lant Village, Minhla Township, have been building additional fortifications and reinforcing their perimeter defenses.
Resistance forces have warned civilians to avoid areas with junta military bases and checkpoints, as further attacks against junta forces and their collaborators are planned.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 4. Military Shelling on Kyaikto Township Monastery Kills One Monk, Injures Two Others

The Karen National Union (KNU) reported that the Myanmar military shelled a monastery in Khwe Village, Kyaikto Township, Mon State, resulting in the death of one monk and injuries to two others. The monastery also suffered structural damage.
The attack occurred at 9:30 AM on March 21, when junta troops stationed at Lapa Village in Waw Township fired a heavy artillery shell at the Khwe Village Monastery, located in KNU-controlled Du Thatu District, Kyaikto Township.
The shell exploded upon impact, killing one senior monk and injuring two others, while also damaging the monastery buildings, according to KNU’s statement released on March 23.
The military junta has been repeatedly targeting religious sites with both airstrikes and artillery shelling, committing heinous acts in the process, KNU added.
