๐๐ 1. Emergence of Numerous Revolutionary Fighters and Skilled Commanders; Offshore Oil Fields Secured, Says Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation
May 6
Union Minister for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation, Dr. Tu Khawng, stated that numerous genuine revolutionary fighters and competent commanders have emerged, and that offshore oil fields have now also been secured.
"A four-year timeframe is a relatively short period to dismantle a dictatorship that had entrenched itself for over two decades. However, we have been able to accomplish a significant extent. In the history of Myanmar's revolutions, never before has a city been captured within four years—yet, in our time, we have seized control of many towns. We have even been able to bring down entire military battalions.
We have established a functioning banking system to support government operations, as well as sustainable fundraising mechanisms. We are now capable of integrating all the organs of a government and a military structure. Within these four years, we have not only seen the rise of numerous genuine revolutionary fighters and skilled commanders, but also succeeded in securing offshore oil resources,” he stated.
He added, "The revolution is on a path toward success, and I wish good health to all the PDF fighters."
