📌📌 1. CRPH Chairman U Aung Kyi Nyunt attended the meeting of Myanmar-born ethnic friends from New York, United States of America
The Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) Chairman, U Aung Kyi Nyunt, attended the meeting with Myanmar-born ethnic friends in New York on September 9, which was hosted by the Myanmar American Humanitarian Aid Association (MAHAA).
In the meeting, the CRPH chairman discussed the current situation of Myanmar, the issues being carried out by the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw to end the military dictatorship as soon as possible and to build a new federal democratic state, and the cooperation to obtain effective assistance from the international community. After that, questions and suggestions made by U Kyaw Win (Shwe Pyi Soe), U Khin Maung Gyi (Sai Thiha), (Air India) U Tint Kyu (UN Retiree), U Maung Soe (UN Retiree) and Dr. Khin Kyaw of the Myanmar American Humanitarian Aid Association were also discussed.
The meeting was attended by Myayzin Sayadaw U Parama, the patron of the Myanmar American Humanitarian Aid Association, writer and poet U Win Pe (Maung Swan Yee), CRPH chairman U Aung Kyi Nyunt, Pyithu Hluttaw representative from Wakema Township U Zaw Thein, Amyotha Hluttaw Representative from Hlaing Township Constituency No. (12) of Yangon Region Daw Mya Myo Aye, Yangon Region Hluttaw Representative from Hlaing Township Constituency No. (2) Daw Khaing Mar Htay and many Myanmar-born ethnic friends from New York attended.

On September 11, Union Minister Dr. Tu Hkawng said that NUG is composed of not only those who show their faces, but all ground organizations are part of NUG.
“We often see critics saying that the NUG should work in coordination with the ground organizations. The PaAFa committee is a group made up of various ministries. The NUG is composed of not only of those who show their faces, but all of these ground organizations are parts of the NUG. The ground team’s leaders are also NUG leaders because it is collaborative leadership. There is no single leader in the actual government. The truth is that the township government groups called PaAFa, PaLaFa, and PaKaFa are local ground groups. We meet with those teams on the ground almost every day throughout the week. There are multi-department meetings and every ministry meets with relevant people according to the ministry. We meet as necessary in committees and commission groups. Every decision is not made without the opinion of the ground teams,” said the minister.
Currently, members of the National Unity Government are present on the front line and are carrying out government duties.
“Except for the military activities of the battalion, all the rest of the government work must be done collaboratively. The military affairs must be managed by the military experts from the ethnic alliance groups close to the region together with the Ministry of Defence,” said Union Minister Dr. Tu Hkawng.

📌📌 3. During the month of August, the NUG Human Rights Ministry was able to document 375 human rights violations committed by the terrorist military council
On September 11, Deputy Minister of Human Rights Khun Baham Htan said that the NUG Human Rights Ministry was able to document 375 human rights violations committed by the terrorist military council during the month of August.
“During the last month of August, we were able to document 375 human rights violations committed by the terrorist military council. Among these cases, we were able to document 143 human rights violations, including 87 extrajudicial killings, 85 cases of burning houses and personal belongings, and 60 cases of arbitrary arrest,” the Deputy Minister said.
Among the 375 human rights violations, there were 115 in Sagaing Division, 41 in Mandalay Division, 29 in Magway Division, and 38 in Tanintharyi Division, including cases in other states and divisions.

📌📌 4. Union Minister U Nai Suwunna attended the meeting between the Interim Local Administration Central Committee (ILACC) and the township people’s administrative bodies of Sagaing Division
On September 11, the meeting between the NUG’s Interim Local Administration Central Committee (ILACC) and the township people’s administrative bodies of Sagaing Division (36/2023) was held. At the meeting, Union Minister for Labour U Nai Tun Pe @ U Nai Suwunna, a member of ILACC, gave an opening speech.
Following, officials from ministries explained the activities of relevant ministries, and then members of the township people’s administrative bodies exchanged views with relevant officials regarding policies, directions, activities, and challenges encountered on the ground.
Led by Union Minister U Nai Suwunna, the meeting was attended by Permanent Secretaries, Associate Secretaries, and officials from ministries, and members of the township people’s administrative bodies of Sagaing Division.

📌📌 5. The Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration held a meeting with the township people’s administrative bodies
On September 11, the meeting between the NUG Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration (MOHAI) and the township people’s administrative bodies of Sagaing, Magway and Mandalay Divisions (18/2023) was held. At the meeting, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration, gave an opening speech.
Following, the Associate Permanent Secretary of MOHAI explained the completion status and activities of the ministries discussed in the previous meeting (17/2023), and the attending members of the township people’s administrative bodies exchanged views with relevant officials regarding the policies, direction, ground administrative activities, difficulties, and challenges encountered on the ground.
The meeting was attended by Permanent Secretary, Associate Secretaries, officials from the Public Administration Department, Police Department, Fire Department, Immigration Department, and Department of Special Investigation, and members of the township people’s administrative bodies of Sagaing, Magway and Mandalay Divisions.

📌📌 6. A good mechanism exists between the NUG and the Karenni State Interim Executive Council
In an interview with Frontier Myanmar, chairman of the Karenni Nationalities Defence Force (KNDF) Khun Bedu said that there is a good mechanism between the NUG and the Karenni State Interim Executive Council (IEC).
“We coordinate with the NUG a lot. One thing we still have to clarify is power sharing between the NUG and the IEC, although it’s already getting clearer. Instead of the NUG imposing their administration in Karenni State, they share their budget with the IEC and the IEC implements projects effectively. We have a good mechanism so far,” Khun Bedu said.
The common point between NUG and IEC is that they are both fighting against the military regime.

📌📌 7. A battle broke out between the military council forces and the TNLA near Kone San Village in Mogok Township
On September 11, Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) informed that a battle took place between the military council forces and the TNLA near Kone San Village, Mogok Township.
“A battle broke out between the military council forces and Ta’ang National Liberation Army – TNLA near Kone San Village, Mogok Township, Ta Aung State, Brigade (2), yesterday, September 10, at 3:50 p.m.,” it stated.
While the military council troops were coming to reinforce from Upper Nyaung Gone Village to near Kone San where the Ta’ang Army was, a battle broke out with the TNLA Battalion-666 of Brigade 2.
Then, at 8:00 p.m., the military council troops fired 10 times with howitzers and 6 times with RPGs at the TNLA from between Lel Gyi Village and Taung Ni Village.
The TNLA and the military council have been fighting fiercely every day, and a total of 38 battles have taken place since July 23.

On September 11, Union Liberation Force – ULF informed the military news that a soldier who had been sent by the military council to scout was shot dead for fleeing during arrest near the Sithu Wood Field in Yinmarbin Township.
“On the morning of September 11, members of ULF, Comrade Column, Cho Mai Mai Revolutionary Forces, and allied Peacock Brother Local PDF joined forces in order to arrest a soldier who was sent by the military council to scout in the vicinity of the Sithu Wood Field in Yinmarbin Township. The defense forces shot him down as he tried to run away refusing arrest,” it stated.
Last September 6, a skirmish broke out with the Defense Forces while the junta troops were stealing firewood at the Sithu Wood Field, and 5 junta soldiers were killed.
