📌📌 1. The Acting President said that when implementing coordination meetings with organizations in the Sagaing Region, it should be based on the principle of “not making friends enemies”
Acting President of the National Unity Government, Duwa Lashi La, said this at the meeting of the Cooperation Commission between the NUG Union Government and the Federal/State Units (2/2023).
“When implementing coordination meetings with organizations in the Sagaing region, I would like to mention some points that should be kept in mind. In particular, I believe that it should be based on the principle of “not making friends enemies”. We must gather the forces of various revolutionary forces. Therefore, it is necessary not to create new enemies within our partner groups. This is considered to be a matter of special caution. Our National Unity Government will have to clearly show its political attitude. In addition, we need to open our minds and welcome various forces in the region with open arms,” said the acting president.
In addition, the Acting President said that establishing a compact political unity with various forces in Sagaing is an urgent process of the spring revolution.
The Union Government and Federal/State Units Cooperation Commission meeting (FSCC) was attended by the Union Prime Minister, Union Ministers, Deputy Ministers, government members and FSCC commission members.

The National Unity Government’s (NUG) Union Minister of Health and Education, Prof. Dr. Zaw Wai Soe, and NUG government representative to Australia, Dr. Tun Aung Shwe, met with Myanmar families on the evening of September 16 and had a friendly and warm discussion.
At the meeting, Union Minister Dr. Zaw Wai Soe and Dr. Tun Aung Shwe explained about Myanmar’s Spring Revolution, and actor and singer Academy Min Maw Kun performed songs.

“Ongoing armed clashes continue across the country, particularly in the Northwest and Southeast, resulting in fresh displacement and civilian casualties. As of 11 September, more than 1.9 million people remain displaced across the country. Concurrently, severe weather conditions continue to trigger floods in multiple areas, compounding the already precarious living conditions of affected people. In Sagaing, approximately 1,000 people from 6 wards in Kale town were relocated to safer locations on 8 September due to flooding. In the Southeast, although some of the 80,000 people affected by the August floods have now returned to their homes, a significant number remain displaced and in urgent need of assistance. Access constraints have increased, notably in the Southeast and Kachin, further restricting people’s access to vital services and hindering the delivery of assistance to affected communities,” it stated.

📌📌 6. Civilian’s s houses in the village of Win Ye Township were rampaged by the terrorist junta forces
On September 20, the KNU Headquarters released a news report.
“Since the junta column invaded the Takhon Taing Police Station in Win Ye Township to reinforce their force, military tensions increased between the KNLA – Revolutionary Joint Forces and the coup terrorist military council forces after the two sides exchanged fire starting at 8:00 a.m. on September 14.
As the coup military council troops launched such a column, an estimated over 10,000 residents from some Kale and Takhon Taing Village Tracts in Win Ye Township have left their villages and homes and are fleeing to the city or to the villages where their relatives live.
The coup military council forces have been stationed in the village of the people fleeing the war, and they are breaking into public houses, rampaging everything in the house, and taking away valuables,” it stated.
Between September 14 and September 18, around 50 public houses were hit and damaged due to the indiscriminate firing by the coup terrorist military council forces. On September 17, at around 1:00 p.m., Saw Tin Htoo Aung (40 years old), from Ward 2, Kale Village, Win Ye Township, Dooplaya District, was killed by a sharpnel of heavy artillery fired by the coup terrorist military council while he was at his home.

On September 20, the Dawei Guerrilla Revolutionary Force – DGRF informed the military news that three junta soldiers were killed when joint forces of DGRF Company 2 and Company 1 of Oak Awe Column and fired about 10 shots with 40mm grenades into the housing reserved for military officers in Eain Pyin Ward, Dawei.
“On September 20, around 5 a.m., joint forces of DGRF Company 2 and Company 1 of Oak Awe Column and fired about 10 shots with 40 mm grenades at the housing reserved for military personnel near the 100-bed military hospital in Eain Pyin Ward, Dawei,” it stated.
As a result of the shooting, three junta soldiers inside the house were killed and many were injured. After the operation, the revolutionary soldiers retreated safely.

📌📌 8. Attacked a place where the terrorist military council was stationed in Pakokku Township, Nyaung Pin Git (Pyu) Village, by dropping 10 large and small Enaga bombs
Myaing PaKaFa confirmed that on September 20, at 2:00 p.m., an aerial attack was carried out by an RC Plane UAV.
“On September 20, at around 2 p.m., we launched an aerial attack with 10 large and small Enaga bombs by using RC plane UAV on a place where the terrorist military council forces were stationed in Nyaung Pin Git (Pyu) Village of Pakokku Township, Magway Region, and they were able to land directly on the area and the building,” it stated.
Currently, the casualties are still being investigated, and about 100 military council troops from Pakokku Division 101 are said to have arrived in that Pyu village.
The military operation was cooperatively conducted by Myaing People’s Defence Force Battalion-3 Company-5, Middle Revolution Task Force – MRTF and Black Cobra Force Pakokku.

Among (1,249), (31) people have been given 20 years and over 20 years of imprisonment, (92) people have been given life imprisonment, (18) people have been given the death penalty and (7) people have been given both life imprisonment and death penalty under specious charges by the junta,” AAPP reported.
