On September 8, Daw Ei Thinzar Maung, Deputy Minister for Women, Youths and Children Affairs of the National Unity Government, through Facebook, cautioned regarding the follow-up issues as the revolution goes on.

“When we carry out a revolution, we need to work together with a variety of people with diverse thinking, and since there is no human being perfect, there are often issues that need to be resolved. In these issues, violence against women and children, sexual assault, abuse of power, etc. are often included, and we need to root out them along with the evil dictatorship system. It will be best if prevention can be made. Sexual harassment through power abuse has zero tolerance as well,” the Deputy Minister continued.
