1. **SDB Shares Reach $8.3 Million Contributions from Resistance Supporters**  

   

Union Minister for Planning, Finance, and Investment U Tin Tun Naing announced on December 4 that the Spring Development Bank (SDB) has received $8.3 million in share contributions from the resistance supporters.  

   “As of 8 p.m. tonight, contributions have reached $8.3 million. We urge everyone to contribute as much as possible to meet the $10 million target within the remaining time,” said the minister.  

   Public purchases of SDB shares will continue until December 5.

2. **Human Rights Day Activities Held Nationwide**  

   

U Aung Myo Min, Union Minister for Human Rights of the National Unity Government (NUG), reported that 76th Human Rights Day commemorations are underway, involving collaboration with relevant officials and the Interim Regional Public Administration Committees.  

   The theme, “Promoting Human Rights for a Just and Free Land,” highlights efforts to educate and raise awareness while advocating for justice and freedom amidst ongoing military oppression. Discussions, lectures, and public education initiatives are part of the activities.

3. **NUG Calls on Thai Government to Maintain Existing Procedures for Migrant Workers**  

   

On December 4, the NUG Ministry of Labor urged the Thai government to continue using existing procedures for issuing and extending "Pink Cards" for Myanmar migrant workers.  

   The statement raised concerns that recent changes could increase costs by 2-3 times and force workers to provide sensitive information to the Myanmar military council, which might exploit these for revenue and suppress workers' rights.

4. **Deputy Minister Urges Participation in the 2024 10D Profile Campaign**  

   

Deputy Minister Gja Thwe Pan of the NUG Ministry of Education encouraged public participation in the 2024 "10D Profile Campaign" under the theme "Promoting Human Rights for a Just and Free Land."  

   Running from December 2 to December 11, the campaign aims to highlight resistance against military oppression and honor fallen heroes. Participants can find profile frame details on the NUG Human Rights Ministry’s official Facebook page.

5. **Malaria Outbreaks in Minbya Villages Addressed by Public Health Department**  

   

The Arakan Public Health Department has been conducting malaria treatment campaigns in villages in Minbya Township since November 23 due to a high incidence of the disease.  

   Villages like Zai Chaung and Wa Taung received medical aid, while malaria awareness programs and additional supplies were provided to rural health centers facing shortages.

6. **Airbus Letter Campaign Planned for International Civil Aviation Day**  

   

On December 7, the "Blood Money Campaign" announced a public letter-writing initiative urging Airbus to cease support for the Myanmar military's air force.  

   The campaign targets Airbus to pressure its Chinese state-owned partner AVIC, which supplies the military junta with aircraft, technology, and services. Activists call on Airbus to uphold human rights and halt all support via AVIC.

7. **150 Women and 30 Children Killed Nationwide in Three Months by Military Junta**  

   

According to the Assistance Association for Political Prisoners (AAPP), between September 1 and November 30, 2024, 150 women and 30 children under 18 were killed by military junta violence, with most deaths occurring in Rakhine and Sagaing regions.  

   A majority (107) of deaths resulted from airstrikes. Additionally, 49 women were arrested nationwide, with Yangon Region accounting for the highest number (13).
