It has been reported by Aung San's Land Natmauk that six individuals, including Shwe Baw, the Director of the Fire Services Department, his wife, and Daw Yu Yu Khaing, the wife of a Major, were arrested on the Yangon-Mandalay Expressway. These detainees, under the junta's control, include both military personnel, civilians, and Pyu Saw Htee militia members.
On December 27, 2024, around 2:00 PM, Aung San's Land Natmauk intercepted and arrested Shwe Baw and his wife, Daw Khin Nwe Shwe, near milepost 262 on the expressway.
