๐ฉ๐ฉ 1. Attack on Military Outpost Near Yangon-Mandalay Highway in Taungoo District Results in Five Regime Troops Killed

At 4:30 AM on March 9, People's Defense Forces (PDF) jointly launched an attack on a junta outpost near Kyauk Tine Village, located between Kywe Pway and Nyaung Chay Htauk towns along the Yangon-Mandalay highway in Taungoo District.
During the attack, five junta soldiers were killed. Weapons and ammunition seized from the military included two MA-1 rifles with four magazines, two G3 rifles with four magazines, two MA-11 rifles with four magazines, 200 rounds of G3 ammunition, and 200 rounds of 5.56mm ammunition.
One PDF fighter lost his life in the battle. The attack was carried out by the People's Defense Force under Military Operation Zone (2), Strategic Unit (23), Battalion 3502, and the Oat Twin Pa Ka Pha Offensive Unit.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 2. Ambush Attacks on Junta Convoys in Kani and Yesagyo Result in Five Regime Troops Killed

In Kani Township, Sagaing Region, a resistance force ambushed a military logistics convoy, resulting in one junta soldier killed and four weapons seized, according to Battalion 3 of the KBL People's Defense Force (KBL-PDF).
The attack took place around 7:00 AM on March 9, approximately two miles west of San Pae Nan Thar Village, where KBL-PDF Column (3) and Battalion (3) engaged the junta’s logistics convoy.
Additionally, a junta-affiliated Pyu Saw Htee militia member was killed during the battle, and four weapons were seized.
A separate attack was reported in Yesagyo Township, Magway Region, near the border with Myaung Township, Sagaing Region. Resistance forces engaged a junta column that had been conducting military operations in the area.
The same junta column had torched Zayat Ni Village in Yesagyo Township on March 5. The battle resulted in four junta soldiers killed, according to local resistance sources.
Despite the junta deploying drones and launching aerial bombardments during the battle, resistance forces successfully withdrew without casualties.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 3. Coordinated Attacks on Two Junta Checkpoints in Dawei and Yebyu Kill Five Soldiers

Resistance forces launched simultaneous surprise attacks on two junta checkpoints in Dawei and Yebyu Townships, Tanintharyi Region, resulting in five junta troops killed, according to the Duwarka Column.
The first attack occurred at 12:00 PM on March 7 at the Ha Lee Kway checkpoint in Maung Mae Shaung Village, Dawei Township. The battle lasted about 20 minutes, resulting in one junta soldier killed.
Later, at around 4:00 PM, another attack targeted a junta checkpoint at the entrance bridge to Yebyu Town, lasting approximately 10 minutes. Four junta soldiers were killed in the assault.
The attacks were carried out jointly by the Duwarka Column of the Dawei National Liberation Army (DNLA) and the Yebyu People's Defense Force (YPPDF). The resistance forces successfully withdrew without casualties.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 4. Junta Officer Assassinated in Ye Township, Seven More Soldiers Killed in Separate Battle

A junta officer stationed in Aung Thuka Ward, Ye Township, Mon State, was shot and killed by the Ye Bilu Force while drinking at a liquor shop, according to the group's official statement.
At around 6:00 PM on March 9, the Ye Bilu force conducted a close-range assassination of an officer named Myo Thu, affiliated with Ye Myoma Police Station. The officer was reportedly notorious for extorting money from locals and forcing civilians into military service.
In a separate incident earlier that day, resistance fighters attacked a junta column from Kha Ma Ya 434 Battalion as it moved through Ye Township.
According to reports from the Ye Bilu group, the battle resulted in seven junta soldiers killed and at least 15 others wounded.
Junta troops had been conducting security operations in Taung Sun Village before running into an ambush set by Ye Bilu fighters. As the regime forces attempted to withdraw toward War Kyaung Aru Taung, the resistance fighters launched a follow-up assault, resulting in heavy casualties.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 5. SAC Utilizes Kamikaze Drones in Moe Bye Battlefield

On March 9, SAC deployed kamikaze (suicide) drones in an attack on the frontline battlefield in Moe Bye, located along the Shan-Karenni border, according to a report from KPV News.
One of the kamikaze drones detonated inside Moe Bye town, but no casualties were reported.
SAC has been launching near-daily offensives to regain control of Moe Bye and continues to engage in clashes with revolutionary forces. A frontline resistance fighter reported that, in addition to aerial and heavy artillery attacks, SAC’s 422nd Light Infantry Battalion has also been firing short-range missiles.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 6. SAC Drops 500-Pound Bombs on Htee Chaing Township, Injuring a Civilian

In Htee Chaing Township, Sagaing Region, SAC forces dropped 500-pound bombs near Kwin Gyi village, injuring one civilian, according to local sources.
The attack occurred on the evening of March 8 at around 5:00 PM. SAC dropped two 500-pound bombs near Kwin Gyi village without any ongoing clashes at the time.
The bombs landed near a junction close to a Kokkoh tree in the upper part of Kwin Gyi village and an agricultural center between Kwin Gyi and Pauk Kone villages. The explosion injured one civilian, killed three buffaloes, and destroyed a fuel station in a fire.
Kwin Gyi village, which has approximately 200 households, is now facing mass displacement, as many residents have fled their homes following the aerial bombardment.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 7. Inle PDF Warns Yae Pu Village Against Joining PNO’s Military Wing

The Inle People’s Defense Force (Inle PDF – Battalion 1009) has issued a warning to Yae Pu village not to participate in the Pa-O National Organization (PNO) or its military wing, the Pa-O National Army (PNA), which operates under SAC’s command.
On February 17, PNO/PNA forces attacked Yae Pu village, and ten local villagers were reportedly involved in the assault, based on statements from captured PNA soldiers.
PNO/PNA also targeted a displacement camp at Baw La Taung (Buddha Hill) using heavy artillery, forcing Yae Pu villagers to flee northward. Reports indicate that PNO/PNA is currently forcibly recruiting Yae Pu villagers into its ranks for military training.
The statement from Inle PDF emphasized that the ongoing conflict is a people’s revolution against SAC’s illegitimate military rule. Since PNO/PNA has been collaborating with SAC and obeying its orders, resistance forces have been compelled to fight back.
Inle PDF clarified that it did not initiate hostilities against PNO/PNA but has now warned Yae Pu villagers not to associate with the group in any capacity. It also stated that anyone joining PNO/PNA’s training program will be investigated and severely punished.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 8. Arakan Public Health Department Provides Mobile Treatment for Skin Disease Outbreak in Pon Nar Kyun

The Arakan Public Health Department, led by the United League of Arakan (ULA/AA), has been conducting mobile medical treatments for skin disease patients in Pon Nar Kyun Township, Rakhine State, according to Arakan Princess Media.
On March 7, medical personnel from the Arakan Public Health Department and the Arakan Army’s medical corps provided treatment to 164 patients (60 men and 104 women) in Pon Nar Kyun Township.
Additionally, health awareness campaigns and leaflet distributions were conducted to educate the public.
In February, the Arakan Public Health Department also treated 207 individuals suffering from skin diseases in Pon Nar Kyun Township.
