🚩🚩 1. Agreement Reached on Five Key Points, Including the Identification and Prosecution of Perpetrators in the Killing of Pyinmana Column Commander

Officials from the People's Defense Force (PDF) have announced that they held discussions with the Karenni Nationalities Defense Force (KNDF) regarding the killing of Pyinmana Column Commander, Comrade Ko Sai, from Naypyidaw PDF.
The meeting took place on March 18 at the KNDF's operational territory, facilitated by allied mediation efforts. During the discussions, both sides agreed on the following five key points:
- The KNDF must transparently present to all stakeholders, including both organizations and allied revolutionary forces, the full details of the perpetrators involved in Comrade Ko Sai's killing and take appropriate actions against them.
- The KNDF expressed deep regret over the accidental death of one of its battalion commanders, who stepped on a landmine while clearing an area in the combat zone. They pledged to take necessary measures to ensure strong trust and prevent similar incidents in the future, extending their efforts down to battalion commanders.
- Both sides committed to preventing armed conflicts between their forces moving forward and pledged full responsibility for maintaining peace. They also agreed to prioritize the revolutionary cause over internal disputes, swiftly resolving minor conflicts through negotiations while building trust toward eventual military cooperation.
Additionally, the KNDF returned a 9mm pistol, a mobile phone, and an Icom radio that had been in Comrade Ko Sai's possession to the Naypyidaw Regional Military Command of the People's Defense Force.
The Naypyidaw Regional Military Command reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring that justice is served in the case of Comrade Ko Sai's killing and vowed to continue its efforts until all necessary actions are completed.

🚩🚩 2. Drone Strike on MI-17 Helicopter During Troop Deployment in Kan Ni Football Field

On March 19, at around 5 PM, an MI-17 helicopter carrying 20 soldiers from the Monywa Regional Military Command landed at a football field in Kan Ni for troop deployment. As the aircraft touched down, the Vyuha 45 KLG PDF Drone Unit carried out a precision airstrike using two fixed-wing drones, dropping bombs on the location.
According to reports, the attack prevented the planned transportation of a battalion commander and drone officers stationed in Kan Ni, forcing the helicopter to take off without them.
The blast from the drone attack reportedly caused injuries among air defense personnel. Additionally, an internal military source indicated that Myo Min Htwe, the Northern Military Region Commander, who once studied at Kan Ni High School, was deeply shaken by the incident.

🚩🚩 3. Guerrilla Attack on Junta Troops Stationed at Dawei Technological University During Market Visit

In Dawei Township, Tanintharyi Region, resistance fighters launched a surprise attack on junta troops stationed at Dawei Technological University while they were out shopping at a nearby market. The attack was carried out by the DURGA Column of the DNLA (Dahway National Liberation Army) in collaboration with the Ye Phyu People's Defense Force (YPPDF).
The ambush took place on March 18, around 8 AM, near the Bhuramae military checkpoint, where the junta soldiers were intercepted and fired upon.
The attack resulted in the deaths of three junta soldiers and the seizure of two BA-63 (G3) rifles, one BA-64 (G4) rifle, and additional military equipment.

🚩🚩 4. Junta Airstrike on Htilin Kills Four Civilians, Injures Over 30

On March 20, at around 2 AM, the Myanmar military carried out an airstrike on Alel Ban Village, Htilin Township, Gangaw District, Magway Region, using jet fighters to bombard the area with rockets, incendiary bombs, and other munitions.
According to the Htilin Township Pa-Ah-Pha (People’s Defense Organization), the attack killed four civilians, including:
- An 85-year-old man
- A 76-year-old woman
- Two Grade-12 female students
Additionally, six civilians sustained severe injuries, while the total number of wounded exceeded 30.
The bombing also resulted in the destruction of:
- Four houses burned down completely
- Twelve houses entirely destroyed
- Over 40 houses partially damaged
- At least 10 livestock animals, including cows and pigs, killed
As junta airstrikes escalate, local resistance groups have urged residents to construct bomb shelters, trenches, and reinforced hideouts in every household. They also emphasized the importance of constant vigilance, real-time information sharing, and enhanced early warning systems to minimize casualties in future attacks.

🚩🚩 5. Two Civilians Injured in Junta’s Heavy Artillery Shelling in Le Daw Township

According to a statement from the Karen National Union (KNU), two civilians were injured, and four houses were destroyed due to heavy artillery shelling by the military junta in Le Daw Township, located in KNU-administered Kawthoolei region, Kler Lwee Htoo District.
On March 17, at 6:05 PM, the junta forces stationed in Nat Than Kwin fired two 120mm artillery shells, which landed and exploded in Phoe Ta and Chaung Wa villages.
As a result of the explosions, Daw Hla Hla Htway (61) and Ma Soe Soe Mar (32) from Phoe Ta Village sustained injuries, and one house was destroyed.
Additionally, in Chaung Wa Village, three individuals—Daw Khin Mar Htway, U Zaw Myo Hla, and U Chit Pu—were injured, and three houses were destroyed.

🚩🚩 6. Four Civilians Killed in Artillery and Airstrikes on Myaung Town and Nearby Villages

At approximately 4:00 PM on March 19, artillery shelling from military junta bases in Myaung Town resulted in the deaths of two men—one from Hle Tin U Village in the southern part of Myaung and another from Kyay Kone Village in the northern part of Myaung, according to Ko Nway Oo - Myaung.
Subsequently, an aerial bombing by junta forces killed two more civilians in Myaung Town, injured a woman, and set two houses on fire.
On the morning of March 20, artillery shelling continued, with junta aircraft circling overhead, seemingly searching for targets to bomb.
Residents in villages near Myaung Town have been urged to evacuate and take precautions against airstrikes and artillery attacks.

🚩🚩 7. MDY-PDF Holds Public Meeting and Airstrike Awareness Training in Liberated Areas

On March 20, MDY-PDF, in collaboration with the Anti-Fascist Coordination Committee - Mandalay (AFCC-Mdy), shared information on airstrike defense strategies with the public and provided practical demonstrations.
As the military junta continues to launch relentless airstrikes targeting civilians nationwide, the public has been urged to stay informed and adhere to airstrike protection measures.

🚩🚩 8. Pa Ka Pha Holds Basic Military Training Graduation in Mogok; Shwebo Pa Ka Pha Repairs Key Evacuation Route

The National Unity Government’s (NUG) Ministry of Defense reported that the People’s Defense Force (Pa Ka Pha) in Mogok Township held a graduation ceremony for its 5th basic military training course in March, as announced by Pa Ka Pha Voice.
Trainees from Sintgu, Mattara, Thabeikkyin, and Pyin Oo Lwin townships participated in the training. During the ceremony, the commander of Mogok Township’s Pa Ka Pha delivered a closing speech, followed by an oath-taking ceremony and the singing of the revolutionary anthem.
Additionally, in Shwebo Township, Shwebo Pa Ka Pha repaired an emergency evacuation road over one mile long, used by local civilians.
With participation from local residents, the 5th Battalion of Shwebo Pa Ka Pha led the construction, upgrading the dirt road—20 feet wide and over a mile long—into a gravel-paved road.
Pa Ka Pha units under the NUG’s Ministry of Defense continue to engage in military resistance against the junta while simultaneously carrying out community development initiatives to support local populations.
