"The Spring Revolution is the revolution that will determine the fate of our nation and our people. It is a revolution that must be won," said Naing Kaung Ywet, Deputy Minister of Defense of the National Unity Government (NUG), in his address honoring MFDMC support troops.
"The people's support and contributions, which are the lifeblood of the revolution, will remain essential until the goal is achieved," the deputy minister added.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 2. Terrorist Military Council's convoy attacked in Kanbalu Township, FAW truck set on fire

On March 3 at 6:30 AM, a convoy carrying terrorist military council troops and Pyu Saw Htee members was ambushed on the Zeekone-Male Road near the Zeekone Sugar Mill (KZRA) in Kanbalu Township. The convoy consisted of a FAW truck and a ten-wheeler (KIA) truck, according to a statement from Battalion 4 of the Kanbalu District.
As the convoy reached the eastern side of Nat Taung Village, Battalion 4 of Kanbalu District, in coordination with Pa Ka Pha forces, launched a mine attack, resulting in an exchange of gunfire. Enemy casualties were reported, and one FAW truck was successfully set on fire.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 3. Close-range attack on military council troops leaving a security checkpoint

The Six Senses Guerrilla Force has reported that military council troops leaving a security checkpoint in Nyaung Jit Pin Village, Pakokku Township, Magway Region, were ambushed in a close-range attack.
On March 4, the resistance forces engaged the military council troops from approximately 50 meters away, leading to a battle that lasted about 50 minutes.
During the clash, one military council soldier was instantly killed, and a civilian cargo truck was damaged.
The attack was carried out by a coalition of resistance groups, including Six Senses Guerrilla Force, Earthquake People's Defence Force, Thurain TR, Hunter (Pakokku), Justice Revolution Force, and Mying Pa Ka Pha (led by Ko Nhin Gway).
As military tensions escalate, residents are urged to avoid areas near military council bases and checkpoints.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 4. Military council airstrike in Myaing kills one civilian, injures another

A jet fighter airstrike by the military council in Myaing Township, Magway Region, killed one civilian and injured another, according to We Love Myaing.
At around 9:35 AM on March 4, a military jet bombed a forested area east of Kaing Yoe Village and later targeted the monastery in Sin Sein Village.
As a result of the bombing, two civilians taking shelter at the Sin Sein Village monastery sustained injuries, with one succumbing to their wounds while receiving medical treatment.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 5. SAC Carries Out Airstrikes Using Jet Fighters and Drones in Demoso Township

The military junta launched airstrikes on the western part of Demoso Township in Karenni State, dropping at least six bombs from jet fighters and deploying kamikaze drones, according to a report by Karenni People's Voice.
On March 4, at around 12:00 noon, jet fighters conducted four bombing runs near the market area in western Demoso, dropping no fewer than six bombs. During the attack, a 63-year-old displaced woman sustained injuries, and two KTV buildings near the market were also damaged.
Additionally, local residents reported that a 200-pound unexploded bomb remained in the area.
Similarly, at around 3:30 PM, the military junta attacked an area near a displaced persons camp in western Demoso using two kamikaze drones.
Both drones detonated near the camp, which houses over 100 displaced persons, striking a hilltop transmission tower. The explosion caused a fire that continued burning on the tower hill until past 5:30 PM.
Furthermore, the junta also fired three artillery shells into western Demoso, according to reports.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 6. Chin Man Killed in Junta Airstrike on Lin Tae Village, Near Nat Yekan Strategic Hill

On March 3, at around 9:00 AM, the military junta carried out airstrikes using both drones and jet fighters on Lin Tae Village, located below Nat Yekan Strategic Hill. The bombing resulted in the death of a 27-year-old Chin man, Salai Thein Win Maung, according to military sources.
At least five bombs exploded in the village, setting fire to and destroying no fewer than four residential houses.
The Nat Yekan Strategic Hill offensive, led by the Arakan Army (AA) and allied revolutionary forces along the Ann-Padan road in Ngaphe Township, Magway Region, is gradually closing in on the area. As intense clashes erupt at defensive positions, the junta is retaliating using heavy artillery, airstrikes, and drones.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 7. Over 180 Airstrikes and 900 Bombs Dropped on Chin State Over the Past Four Years

Between February 1, 2021, and February 28, 2025, the military junta conducted over 180 airstrikes in Chin State, deploying more than 400 aircraft, including over 30 helicopters and approximately 330 fighter jets and other military aircraft. These attacks involved dropping over 900 bombs, according to the Institute of Chin Affairs.
As a result, more than 406 civilian homes, 23 religious buildings (including churches and monasteries), and over 30 government buildings were destroyed in Chin State.
Additionally, more than 100 Chin civilians lost their lives, while no fewer than 56 members of the Chin National Resistance forces were also killed.
Nationwide, over 250 Chin people were injured in airstrikes. Since the military coup, out of the 983 confirmed Chin casualties, more than 280 were due to airstrikes. Furthermore, over 1,384 Chin homes, 39 religious structures, and more than 40 government buildings were destroyed, with over 450 individuals suffering injuries.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 8. Buddhist Novice Monk Escapes Forced Military Conscription by Junta Police Uncle

A Buddhist novice monk who was forcibly recruited into military service by his own uncle, a junta police officer, managed to escape from a military training camp and sought refuge with the National Defense Force in the Danubyu Region.
According to reports, the conscripted individual was deceived into leaving his monastery when his uncle, a police officer, had local administrators summon him under false pretenses. He was then immediately taken to a recruitment office and forced into military service.
Upon realizing he was being conscripted, he attempted to escape but was surrounded at gunpoint and threatened, leaving him no choice but to comply.
Afterward, the conscripts, including him and 40 others, were transported to the junta’s Sapyaingpin Military Engineering Battalion for training.
During training, eight recruits attempted to escape, but two were recaptured while six managed to flee successfully.
The National Defense Force in Danubyu helped one of the escapees reach safety. However, the other five became separated, leaving only one individual successfully rescued by the defense force.
