๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 1. DSNDA Forces Fatally Shoot and Capture Junta Major Who Attempted to Flee During Search Operation on Ywar Ngan–Aung Pan Road

At approximately 6:30 AM on April 11, the Defense Force of Danu Self-Administered Zone (DSNDA) carried out a search operation along the Ywar Ngan–Aung Pan highway in Ywar Ngan Township, Southern Shan State. During the operation, a man attempted to flee from a vehicle and was shot dead on the spot by DSNDA personnel.

According to the DSNDA, the individual was later identified as a junta officer holding the rank of Major. Upon conducting a search, DSNDA forces recovered a pistol, a hand grenade, a mobile phone, and a sum of cash from his possession.

Further ground verification and the confiscated evidence confirmed that the deceased was Major Myo Zaw Than, a high-ranking officer stationed at the northern exit checkpoint of Ywar Ngan. It is reported that he was en route to Kalaw, a junta stronghold in Shan State, when he was intercepted and neutralized by DSNDA forces.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 2. Junta Captain Thaw Zin Oo Killed in Close-Range Shooting in Pakokku; One Vehicle Seized

At around 9:00 PM on April 10, Captain Thaw Zin Oo of Defense Equipment Factory (KaPaSa 24) was shot dead at close range near the railway station and the Eain Phyu Taw KTV in Pakokku's industrial zone, according to a statement from the Earthquake People's Defence Force.

The captain died at the scene. Ko Myint Oo, the owner of Eain Phyu Taw KTV and a SAC informant who was accompanying the captain in the same vehicle, was also reportedly killed in the attack. Resistance forces successfully seized the vehicle used by the junta personnel.

This coordinated attack was jointly conducted by the Earthquake People’s Defence Force, Thu Rein TR, Six Senses Guerrilla Force, Justice Revolution Force, Hunter PKU, Black Cheater, Pakokku District Battalion 2 (The Red Revolters), Mying PaKaPha Battalion 3, Subsection 4, and the Shwe Nya Ground Force (Pakokku).

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 3. Resistance Forces Launch Close-Range Assault on Nattmauk Southern Exit Gate Over Extortion and Forced Porter Conscription

At approximately 3:15 AM on April 10, joint resistance forces from Nattmauk PaKaPha and allied units launched a close-range assault on the southern exit checkpoint of Nattmauk Town.

The checkpoint had reportedly been used by junta soldiers, police officers, and Pyu Saw Htee militia to extort money from travelers and forcibly conscript porters, according to the statement.

The attack began from around 50 meters away, with resistance fighters advancing and opening fire. The ensuing clash lasted approximately 15 minutes.

Initial reports indicate that two junta personnel were killed instantly, and at least five others may have been killed or injured. The resistance forces then withdrew without sustaining any casualties, due to the high risk of reinforcements arriving within 10 minutes.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 4. Junta Artillery Strike and Ground Assault on San Tin Kone Village in Myaingmu Township: Homes Torched, Child Killed

At approximately 9:00 PM on April 8, junta troops stationed at Bo Min Gyi Base along the Myaung Road junction in Myaingmu Township launched a heavy artillery bombardment using seven rounds targeting San Tin Kone Village.

According to the Myaingmu Township Information Team, the shells exploded within the village area, injuring six civilians and killing one child.

Additionally, at around 1:00 AM on April 9, junta soldiers from Bo Min Gyi Base and units stationed in Gway Pin Taw Village conducted a ground raid into San Tin Kone Village. During the operation, they set fire to four civilian homes, further escalating the damage inflicted on the local population.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 5. Internally Displaced Civilian Killed in Aerial Bombing on Pitaung Kone Village Tract, Yeytarshay Township

On April 11, a K-8W fighter jet carried out aerial bombardments on the Pitaung Kone village tract, located on the eastern bank of the Sittaung River in Yeytarshay Township, despite the absence of any clashes in the area, according to a statement from Battalion 3504 based in Yeytarshay.

As a result of the bombing, an internally displaced civilian, Ko Wailu (father's name: U Po Sein), aged 29, was killed by shrapnel. Additionally, a 60-year-old woman sustained injuries.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 6. Brutal and Unprovoked Aerial Attacks on Civilians by the Terrorist Military Council

At around 3:30 PM on April 11, the terrorist military council launched an aerial attack targeting civilian populations in Lhaw Phyu Kone Village, Kawlin Township, without any preceding ground combat, according to a statement by the Pa-Ah-Pha (People's Administration) of Kawlin Township.

Two bombs were dropped during the airstrike, hitting a civilian residence. Two women were killed and one man was injured. The attack also caused extensive destruction to homes and buildings in the area.

Similarly, at approximately 3:40 AM on the same day, the terrorist military council conducted another aerial attack on Kachin Kone, near Thae Chaung Ywar Thit, a location on the eastern side of Kawlin Township along the Shwebo-Myitkyina road. This attack also occurred without any ground engagement, deliberately targeting civilians.

In this assault, two bombs were dropped onto a field in the center of the village. One exploded, while the other remained unexploded, resulting in minimal physical damage.

The unexploded bomb was subsequently retrieved and safely defused by personnel from the No. (1) Battalion of the Kawlin Township People’s Defense Force, according to official reports.


๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 7. Police Sergeant and Junta Soldier Defect to Resistance Forces with Weapons and Ammunition

In the evening of April 9, Police Sergeant Ye Lin from the Salin Township Police Station defected with his family to Battalion 16, based in Yanmar Bin District, according to an official announcement.

He brought along a G3 rifle and five rounds of ammunition. In recognition of his defection, a reward of 800,000 MMK was awarded.

Similarly, on the same day, a newly conscripted junta soldier who had been forcibly recruited at a junta base along the Pe Nwel Kone – Nat Thankwin road in Kyauk Ta Gar Township defected to the resistance.

According to an announcement by Battalion No. (2) of Bago District (Unit P2-3702), the defector brought with him an MA-1 rifle, three magazines, and 105 rounds of 5.56mm ammunition. He was transferred to a safe location and awarded an initial compensation of 1,000,000 MMK. He is now receiving support through the People’s Embrace program to address his needs.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 8. Danu Medical Unit Provides Direct Medical Aid to Civilians in Areas Facing Shortages

The Danu People’s Liberation Front (DPLF/DPLA) has announced that its medical unit has been conducting direct field operations to provide essential medical treatment to civilians living in controlled territories who face difficulties in purchasing medical supplies.

Due to water scarcity in some parts of the controlled territories, children have begun to show symptoms of dehydration, skin infections, and other health issues, according to reports.

In response, the Danu medical unit administered vaccinations to children under the age of five and provided birth control implants and other necessary medical services.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 9. Body Armor Sets for 90 Frontline Fighters Purchased Through “Tanang Soldier Armor Drive”

The Naypyitaw-based Battalion 805 has confirmed that body armor sets for 90 frontline resistance fighters have been successfully procured using funds raised through the “Tanang Soldier Armor Drive.”

Some of the body armor and helmets have already been distributed to frontline fighters for use during operations.

Surplus funds from the campaign will be utilized to support the continued operational needs of the battalion. Special thanks were extended to the public contributors, including Ma Nan Moe Khaw (SRSS), Ko Paing Yae Thu, Ko Aung (Revolutionary Committee), and international fundraising partners (FR Groups), for their dedicated support in making the campaign a success.
