๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 1. PDF Forces Shoot Down One of Two Kamikaze Drones Used by Military Council in Attack on Hkaung Ei Ywar Thit, Pale Township

On the evening of April 3 at around 7:00 p.m., the military council launched an aerial assault using two kamikaze drones on Hkaung Ei Ywar Thit in Pale Township. According to a statement, one of the drones was successfully shot down by Battalion 1002 of the Pale People’s Defense Force (PDF).

Despite having issued a ceasefire announcement in the aftermath of the earthquake, the military council continues to carry out daily aerial attacks and drone strikes on the ground. As such, revolutionary forces have warned that the junta’s ceasefire declaration cannot be trusted and must not be taken at face value.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 2. Junta’s Infantry Battalion 422 Launches Artillery Shelling and Airstrike on Pekinkaukhu Village in Mobye, Killing 5 Civilians and Injuring Many

On April 4, at around 11:00 a.m., Infantry Battalion 422, based in Mobye near the southern Shan–Karenni border, launched an artillery attack on Pekinkaukhu Village, resulting in the death of one male civilian, according to KPV News Agency.

A man named Khuluis, approximately 40 years old, sustained shrapnel injuries to the face and back. His home was also destroyed by the shelling.

Later that day, at around 3:00 p.m., the junta carried out a follow-up airstrike on the same village, killing four more civilians. Reports indicate that a large number of people sustained injuries during the attack, raising serious concerns for the local population.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 3. Pa Ka Pha, Pa Ah Pha, and Local Battalions Jointly Provide Relief to Earthquake Victims in Singu and Madaya Townships

According to an official statement from the Pa Ka Pha in Pyin Oo Lwin District, humanitarian relief operations were jointly carried out by the district-level Pa Ka Pha in coordination with the township-level Pa Ka Pha, Pa Ah Pha, and local battalions to assist earthquake victims and bereaved families in Singu Township.

Similarly, relief and rescue efforts were also conducted in Madaya Township, led by the Madaya Pa Ka Pha, Pa Ah Pha, and supporting battalion units.

Due to the powerful earthquake, a total of 44 people have been reported dead across Thabeikkyin, Singu, and Madaya townships, with over 100 injured. Numerous religious monuments and structures were also damaged or destroyed.

As part of the support effort, emergency cash donations of MMK 5 million each were provided to both Singu and Madaya townships to aid in ongoing relief work.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 4. PDF and Pa Ka Pha Units Provide Financial Aid for 45 Earthquake-Damaged Homes in Pyu Township

According to a statement from the Ministry of Defense under the National Unity Government (NUG), a coordinated team comprising the Ala Waka column of the People’s Defense Force (PDF), Bago Region Pa Ka Pha, and Pyu Township Pa Ka Pha provided financial assistance to residents of Pyu Township, Bago Region, whose homes were destroyed by the recent earthquake.

The team delivered donations of MMK 50,000 per household to a total of 45 affected homes and offered words of encouragement and solidarity to the victims.

This financial assistance was made possible through proceeds from the second round of the revolutionary lottery.

Similarly, it was reported that volunteer-donated supplies for earthquake victims were transported and delivered by the PDF in collaboration with Battalion 17 of the Shwebo District.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 5. MMK 64 Million in Emergency Relief Funds Delivered to Earthquake Victims by Nway Oo Pyauk Kyarr Force

The Nway Oo Pyauk Kyarr Force has delivered MMK 64 million in emergency funds to support earthquake response efforts. This amount represents the total donations collected over a two-day movement held on April 2 and 3, contributed by the people of Laung Lone Township in support of the earthquake victims.

The emergency relief funds were transferred through the Sagaing Region strike forces to facilitate urgent humanitarian assistance in affected areas.

The Nway Oo Pyauk Kyarr Force reaffirmed its solidarity with all citizens enduring immense hardship under the weight of armed conflict, political oppression, and ongoing crises across the Union. They vowed to continue the revolutionary struggle side by side with the people until the complete dismantling of the military dictatorship.
