๐ฉ๐ฉ 1. Around 13 Civilians Killed in Airstrike on Thone Ywae Village, Yathedaung Township

At approximately 10 a.m. on May 13, the military junta launched an airstrike on Thone Ywae (Old Village) in Yathedaung Township, Rakhine State, using a fighter jet that dropped two 500-pound bombs. According to local reports, the attack killed around 13 civilians, including children and mothers, and injured more than 20 others.
Among the deceased were a 6-year-old child, a 10-year-old child, and several women, as confirmed by local sources.
The injured were transported to nearby hospitals and clinics for emergency treatment, with some reported to be in critical condition. U Khine Thuka, a spokesperson for the Arakan Army (AA), also confirmed to the media that 13 people were killed, over 20 were injured, and 12 houses were damaged or destroyed in the bombing.
In a separate incident, the junta also conducted a drone strike on Laipkhamaw Village in Kyaukphyu Township at around 4 a.m. on the same day, resulting in the destruction of the Laipkhamaw Buddhist Monastery, according to reports.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 2. Junta Forces Massacre 11 Civilians and Abduct Over 20 in Laema Village, Gangaw Township

On May 12, at around 2 a.m., junta troops from Light Infantry Battalion 50, based in Gangaw Town, Magway Region, raided Laema Village in Gangaw Township, executing 11 civilians in a mass killing and abducting more than 20 residents, according to local sources.

In addition to the killings, innocent civilians were taken away by the military. However, the current condition and whereabouts of those abducted have not yet been confirmed, according to available reports.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 3. Two Civilians Injured, Homes and School Damaged by Junta Airstrikes in Saw Htee Township

In Saw Htee Township, Nyaung Lay Pin District, military junta forces carried out targeted airstrikes against civilian-populated areas and workplaces, resulting in the injury of two civilians, and the destruction of five homes and one school, according to the Central NUG spokesperson.
On May 11, at around 7:20 a.m., a junta fighter jet dropped three 300-pound bombs—two on Thaituu Kone Village and one on Wain Kyon Village—causing widespread damage. The homes of the following residents in Thaituu Kone Village were destroyed:

U Chit Soe
U Sein Nyunt
Ma Sane
Maung Htun Thein
One civilian, Ko Than Win (aged 39), sustained injuries in the blast.
Similarly, on May 10, at around 10 a.m., junta forces from Kha Ma Ya-440 carried out a drone strike on Kwin Seik Village, injuring Daw May Poe Lai (aged 54).
Furthermore, on May 8, between 8:05 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., airstrikes were carried out in the areas of Nyaung Che Htaut, Zalote Gyi, Nyaung Thaya, Win Kan, and Lay Lan Sone, where 16 aerial bombs (weighing 500 pounds) and approximately 140 smaller bombs were dropped by a Jet Fighter and a Y-12 aircraft, respectively.
Due to such persistent aerial attacks targeting civilians, a total of 383 households (1,712 individuals) from villages such as Done Sarit, Shan Su, Khale Kolar, Waw Kay, Khale Law Sel, San Twin Kone, Kwin Seik, Thayet Chaung, Kyi Sel Law, Zalote Gyi, and others have been forced to flee to safer areas. The displaced population is in urgent need of humanitarian assistance, according to the statement released.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 4. Civilian Killed and Three Injured Due to Artillery Shelling by SAC Troops and PNO Forces Advancing Toward San Zwe Village, Nyaungshwe Township

According to reports from Pekon PDF2, a combined military column consisting of SAC (State Administration Council) troops and the PNO (Pa-O National Organization) People's Army advanced toward San Zwe Village in Nyaungshwe Township and launched attacks in the surrounding areas. The joint forces reportedly set fire to and destroyed civilian homes in villages they passed through.
In addition, they fired heavy artillery targeting several villages in Phaekhon Township where civilians reside. As a result of these attacks, one civilian was killed and three others were injured.
The report further stated that residents in areas near the conflict zone have been urged to prioritize their safety and avoid unnecessary movement. Civilians are also advised to strictly follow the military advisories issued by the local defense forces in accordance with on-ground conditions.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 5. Two Civilians Killed in Twin Aerial Strikes on Sakhan Thar Village in Wetlet Township and Nga Pi Oe Village in Shwebo Township

The Wetlet Informational Network confirmed that on May 13, between 3:59 PM and 4:00 PM, an SAC fighter jet (J-Fighter), taking off from the Tada-U airbase, carried out two aerial bombardments. The airstrikes targeted Sakhan Thar Village in the northeastern part of Wetlet Township and Nga Pi Oe Village in the southeastern part of Shwebo Township.
The bombings resulted in the deaths of two civilians: a 20-year-old man named Ko Aung Hlaing Win from Sakhan Thar Village and a 35-year-old woman named Ma Yin Yin. Additionally, two cows were also killed in the strike.
Seven civilians sustained injuries, and several homes were reported to have been damaged during the assault.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 6. Junta Militia Member Captured During Raid on KTV Owned by Battalion 101 Officer in Pakokku

On May 10 around 1:00 PM, a joint operation was carried out by members of the Badassess Burma Force and the Pakokku Township People’s Defense Team (Battalion 1) to raid a KTV (karaoke entertainment venue) located at the entrance of Pakokku town in Magway Region. The establishment was owned by a military officer from Infantry Battalion 101.
Acting on intelligence provided by local civilians, the resistance groups stormed the location. During the operation, they captured an armed junta militia member and seized one ZCZ pistol.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 7. Pyusawhti Leader Arrested in Pakokku

According to a statement released on May 13, a key Pyusawhti militia leader known as “A Shay Gyi” (aka "Du Shay") was arrested on May 9, 2025, at around 5:00 PM by joint resistance forces including the Myingyan Black Tiger (MBT) unit and allied Nyaung Naung Mahamate forces. The arrest took place in Pakokku Town, Magway Region, in the area between 6th Street and 7th Street in the industrial zone.
The arrested individual, A Shay Gyi, was not only known for committing acts of oppression and abuse against civilians but was also regarded as an important figure among the junta-aligned Pyusawhti militia network. Weapons and military supplies were reportedly seized along with the suspect during the arrest.
The MBT unit stated that it will continue taking decisive action against individuals involved in the abuse and oppression of civilians. It was further reported that members of the Nagamin PDF (Dragon King People's Defense Force) also supported and participated in the operation.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 8. Senior Pyusawhti Militia Chief U Tun Oo Executed in Nganzun Township

On May 12, 2025, at approximately 5:30 PM, resistance forces from the Myingyan District (3) Nagani Pyaungkyar People’s Defense Force launched an operation in Shwe Taung Village, Nganzun Township, Mandalay Region. During this operation, they targeted and neutralized a key Pyusawhti militia commander, 54-year-old U Tun Oo, who was locally known as a close collaborator of the military junta and a perpetrator of oppression against civilians.
According to the report, U Tun Oo attempted to resist arrest and tried to flee during the operation. As a result, resistance fighters shot and killed him.
Items recovered from U Tun Oo included two hand grenades and one National Registration Card (NRC).
