๐ฉ๐ฉ 1. China allegedly pressures AA to avoid fighting near Chinese projects in Kyaukphyu, while providing drone and technological support to the junta

According to a report by Narinjara News, during recent clashes in Kyaukphyu Township, Rakhine State, the Chinese government has pressured the Arakan Army (AA) not to engage in fighting near Chinese projects, while at the same time reportedly supplying the Myanmar military junta with modern drones, advanced technologies, and military equipment.
The AA’s military operations had advanced as far as the area near the Shwe Natural Gas Onshore Gas Terminal (OGT) by the end of May. However, under Chinese pressure, the AA reportedly withdrew from that zone.
Moreover, the source added that Chinese security personnel have allegedly been involved in the drone-related combat operations in the area.
Although the Chinese government has publicly claimed non-interference in Myanmar’s internal affairs, the organization Justice for Myanmar has pointed out clear and visible military support from China to the junta.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 2. Junta military bases seized in Kyaukkyi Township; weapons and ammunition captured

Revolutionary forces have seized junta military bases stationed in Ringtai Kone and Latpat villages, Kyaukkyi Township, Bago Region. Numerous weapons and large stockpiles of ammunition were reportedly confiscated, according to the statement from Military Operations Zone No. (2).
On July 25, joint revolutionary forces—including units from Military Operations Zone (2) of the Bago Region Military Command, Tactical Command (25), Infantry Battalion No. 3702, Special Commando Battalion, and the KNLA (Karen National Liberation Army) Battalion (9)—launched a coordinated assault on the junta base in Ringtai Kone village, capturing it successfully.
During the battle, six junta soldiers were killed, and at least 20 others were injured. Revolutionary forces seized a range of military hardware, including heavy and light weaponry, ammunition, and combat supplies.
On the side of the revolutionary coalition, one resistance fighter reportedly died heroically, and several others sustained injuries.
Similarly, on the same day (July 25), the junta military base in Latpat village was attacked by joint forces including Tactical Command (24), Infantry Battalion No. 3503, Naga Ni Battalion, Tactical Command (26), Taw Win Daung Battalion, Infantry Battalion No. 3703, Taw Kyi Kan Battalion, and KNLA Battalion (8).
In that clash, at least 10 junta soldiers were reported dead or injured. On the revolutionary side, one fighter was killed, and two others were wounded.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 3. Junta bombards western Demoso with heavy artillery for two consecutive days

According to local sources, the Myanmar military junta fired heavy artillery on the western part of Demoso Township, in Kayah (Karenni) State, for two consecutive days.
On July 26, around 3 p.m., three artillery shells were fired into western Demoso, damaging several civilian homes.
Similarly, at around 11 p.m. on July 25, more than seven heavy artillery shells were fired into the same area.
Throughout July, western Demoso has been subjected to repeated artillery shelling and three separate airstrikes.
On the morning of July 2, junta forces had already shelled a location in the same area.
Following the junta’s full control of the Phekhon–Mobye–Loikaw road corridor, their troops advanced toward areas near Nan Mae Khon town, resulting in escalating clashes. Due to the ongoing shelling, residents from at least five villages have been displaced and are now taking refuge elsewhere.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 4. Two civilians killed by junta airstrikes and artillery shelling in Mogok and Kyaukme

Two civilians were killed and four others injured due to airstrikes and artillery shelling carried out by the Myanmar military junta in Mogok, Mandalay Region, and Kyaukme Township in northern Shan State.
According to a statement by TNLA (Ta’ang National Liberation Army), the junta bombed the Shwe Laipya Hotel, located in the eastern part of Mogok, under the control of TNLA Brigade (4). One man was killed and three others injured in the attack.
The airstrike occurred on July 26 at exactly 4:58 p.m., even though there was no active fighting at the time. The junta deliberately targeted civilians using two 250-pound bombs, the TNLA said.
One man returning from work on a motorbike was killed in the blast, while three others were injured. Some parts of the hotel building were also damaged by the bombing.
Similarly, in Kyaukme Township, the junta shelled Naung Pain Village with heavy artillery, killing one civilian and injuring another, according to Shwe Phi Myay News Agency.
The shelling happened around noon on July 26, when approximately seven artillery shells were fired into Naung Pain Village. Two internally displaced persons (IDPs) from Naung Cho who had taken refuge in the village were struck; one of them died.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 5. Drone bomb attack on monastery sheltering displaced people in Nwahtogyi kills 6, including 4 children

On July 26, Myanmar junta troops advancing from Tada-U Township into Nwahtogyi Township launched a drone bomb attack on a Buddhist monastery in Myetshyu Village, where internally displaced people (IDPs) were taking shelter.
According to local reports, the drone attack killed six people—four children and two women—and injured another six civilians.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 6. CDF-Zotung holds graduation ceremony for its 4th Special Force Training batch

The Chinland Defense Force - Zotung (CDF-Zotung) successfully held the graduation ceremony for its 4th Special Force Training program on July 24 in a location within the Zotung area, according to an official announcement.
The ceremony marked the completion of an intensive, long-term training course. It also included a recognition segment where new graduates were honored with awards and blessings.
CDF-Zotung expressed deep gratitude to all those who took on leadership and training responsibilities during the course, as well as to supporters from both inside Myanmar and abroad—revolutionary families and members of the public—who provided moral and material support.
The group reiterated its continued commitment to fighting for the establishment of a fully equal federal democratic union, and for the rights and freedom of the Zotung and broader Chin people.
