๐ฉ๐ฉ 1. Junta Forces Fired a Total of 274 Artillery Shells and Dropped 6 Bombs in Mu Township Villages

According to the Karen National Union (KNU), in a single day on July 25, 2025, the terrorist military junta launched a deliberate assault in Mu Township, Hpa-an District, under the control of the KNU, firing a total of 274 artillery shells into multiple villages and dropping 6 bombs via airstrikes.
Additionally, on July 27, junta troops also shot and killed an unarmed local civilian, the KNU Central Command stated.
The KNU reported the breakdown of the 274 artillery rounds fired by the junta on July 25 as follows:
- 62 shells in Anyarsu Village
- 52 shells between Ying Tike Kone Village and Naung Kone Village
- 21 shells in Yay Lae Kayin/Yay Lae Bamar Villages
- 31 shells in Eastern and Western Taung Su Villages
- 28 shells between Myan Sein Lay Village and Naw Taw Tar Village
- 32 shells in Lai Pa Village
- 18 shells between Ka Gyi Seik Village and Done Taw Village
- 8 shells between Myat Yae Kayin/Myat Yae Bamar Villages
- 22 shells in Nga Thwe Sout Village
In addition, 6 aerial bombs were dropped as follows:
- 2 bombs between Ohnpinsu Village and Yintain Kone Village
- 2 bombs in Lai Pa Village
- 2 bombs between Nga Nwa Sake Village and Anyarsu Village
Furthermore, on July 27, 2025, a soldier from Battalion 60 of the junta’s forces fatally shot Ko Tin Ko, a member of the People's Defense Force from Shan Chaung Village, without provocation.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 2. Junta Airstrikes in Moe Koe Killed 4 Civilians and Injured 9; Five Bombs Including 500-lb and 250-lb Types Dropped

According to the Ta'ang National Liberation Army (TNLA), a series of airstrikes carried out by junta fighter jets in the eastern part of Moe Koe town in Ta'ang Region resulted in the deaths of four civilians and injuries to nine others.
The attack, which occurred this morning, targeted Min Tan Dar Ward, Shwe Phon Thar Ward, and areas near the BOC Oil Tank Field in Moe Koe town. The junta dropped a total of five bombs, including three 500-pound bombs and two 250-pound bombs.
As a result of the explosions:
- Four civilians were killed
- Nine others were injured
- Eighteen homes were damaged or destroyed due to the bomb blasts
The TNLA confirmed that this is not the first air attack in Moe Koe. The junta had previously conducted targeted airstrikes on:
- July 8
- July 9
- July 11
- July 26
These repeated attacks specifically targeted civilian-populated areas, resulting in:
- The deaths of two children and four men
- 25 civilian injuries
- Damage to 24 homes
