๐ฉ๐ฉ 1. Resistance Forces Ambush Military Convoy from Anin Police Station, Resulting in 3 Soldiers Killed, 2 Wounded

A military convoy of about 40 troops from the Anin village police station in Thanbyuzayat Township, Mon State, was ambushed by resistance forces under the Ministry of Defense of the Mon State Federal Council (MSFC). As a result, 3 junta soldiers were killed and 2 others were injured, according to a July 31 statement by the Mon State Revolutionary Force (MSRF).
The attack occurred at around 7:00 a.m. on July 29, when the Mon State Revolutionary Force (MSRF), Ye People's Defense Force (YPDF), and the allied 27th Battalion (Company 1) of the Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA) jointly ambushed the military convoy. The operation concluded by 7:30 a.m. with no casualties on the side of the resistance forces, who successfully withdrew after the assault.
MSRF confirmed that 3 junta soldiers were killed and 2 wounded due to the ambush.
In a separate incident, the same allied forces (MSRF, YPDF, KNLA Battalion 27 Company 1) attacked a junta outpost near Kwan Kyike village, north of Ye Township, Mon State. That clash occurred on July 30 between 11:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., lasting approximately 30 minutes.
During this confrontation, two junta soldiers were killed, while the resistance alliance again suffered no casualties, according to MSRF.
The junta troops reportedly responded by firing heavy weapons approximately 30 times during these skirmishes.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 2. Two Soldiers from Infantry Battalion 432 in Mon State Defect with Weapons

Two newly recruited soldiers from the junta’s Infantry Battalion 432, stationed in Mon State, defected with two firearms and joined the Ramonnya Mon Army (RMA) under the NMSP-AD (New Mon State Party - Anti-Dictatorship), according to an official statement.
The two soldiers defected on July 22, bringing two guns and other military supplies with them. They joined the RMA’s 902nd Battalion and were received safely and securely.
According to the announcement, each soldier was given 2.5 million kyats in support by the Ramonnya Mon Army in accordance with the organization’s policies. It also stated that their future lives will be supported based on their own desires and aspirations.
The two defectors had reportedly been forcibly conscripted into military service by the junta since 2024, and decided to join the RMA voluntarily and with confidence.

The No. 1 Battalion of the People’s Defense Force in Myeik District announced today that they have secured the belongings of civilians who were killed in a junta airstrike in Zayat Seik village, Pulaw Township, Tanintharyi Region.
On July 25, the military regime launched a drone strike and artillery shelling on Zayat Seik village, killing 10 civilians and injuring 5 others.
The No. 1 Battalion stated that they have safely preserved the belongings left behind by the deceased victims and urged the families of the victims to contact them to reclaim their possessions.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 4. Jet Fighter Bombing by Junta Kills 10 Civilians, Injures 6 in Zayat Seik Village, KNU Confirms

The central committee of the Karen National Union (KNU) has issued a statement confirming that 10 civilians were killed and 6 others injured in a jet fighter bombing by the junta in Zayat Seik Village, located in Pulaw Village Tract, Laemala Township, Myeik District, Tanintharyi Region.
The airstrike took place on July 26, 2025, when the military junta launched repeated bombing attacks using jet fighters. According to the KNU, the jet aircraft bombed Zayat Seik Village three times in one day, resulting in the reported casualties.
These attacks are described as acts of aggression by the junta, who seized power and have continued to launch air raids in civilian-populated areas.

๐ฉ๐ฉ 5. Resistance Forces Capture Junta Outpost in Yin Taik Kone Village; 4 Soldiers Killed, Weapons Seized

Resistance forces have overrun and captured a military outpost in Yin Taik Kone Village, located in Kyaukkyi Township, Bago Region. The assault led to the deaths of 4 junta soldiers, and a cache of weapons and ammunition was seized, according to an official statement by Bago District Battalion No. 2 (P2-3702).
The outpost, manned by forward troops of Military Infantry Battalion 590 under the junta, was attacked by a joint revolutionary force on July 25. During the operation, the bodies of 4 dead junta soldiers were found, more than 20 others were reportedly wounded, and the remaining troops fled the camp, allowing resistance forces to fully seize control.
The attack began on July 24 at approximately 11:30 p.m., and the resistance forces were able to secure the entire outpost by 6:15 a.m. on July 25, according to the same battalion’s report.
During the clearing operation, various arms and ammunition, including both heavy and light weapons, along with military equipment and supplies, were seized.
However, the joint resistance forces suffered casualties: one resistance fighter sacrificed his life bravely, and several others were wounded.
