🚩🚩 1. SAC Gate Outpost at Wacheik Village Captured Without a Single Gunshot

The Unicon Guerrilla Force (UGF) announced that they successfully seized control of the SAC (State Administration Council) military checkpoint located south of Wacheik Village, at the entrance of Sagaing City, without firing a single shot.

On September 26, resistance forces went to attack the gate outpost, but the SAC troops fled the area in vehicles, avoiding confrontation. As a result, the outpost was captured without any fighting.

UGF also warned civilians to remain vigilant, as SAC troops—retreating toward Sagaing—have been reinforcing positions in the city and recklessly firing heavy and light weapons at villages along their withdrawal routes.

Due to these indiscriminate attacks, a child from Wacheik Village was injured by heavy artillery fire, and a middle-aged man from Pe Ngar Se Village was wounded in the leg by shrapnel.

🚩🚩 2. Fighting Continues Near Banmauk City, With 2 SNA Members Captured Alive

According to military sources, clashes between the terrorist SAC forces and People’s Defense Forces (PDFs) continue near Banmauk City in Sagaing Region.

On September 24, PDFs carried out a clearance operation near Tawataing Kone, close to Khmoe Village north of Banmauk. During the battle, they seized three enemy corpses and five firearms.

In addition, two wounded members of the SNA (Shanni Nationalities Army) were captured alive by the PDFs. Both detainees are currently receiving medical treatment.

It is reported that SAC columns are attempting to advance near Tawataing Kone.

🚩🚩 3. SAC Troop Encampment in Ngekyepyaung Village, Kantbalu, Attacked by Drone

Air Force One, the Kantbalu District Drone Unit, announced that they carried out a drone bombing attack against an SAC troop encampment in Ngekyepyaung Village, situated along the Shwebo–Myitkyina road in Kantbalu Township, Sagaing Region.

The attack took place on September 25. The extent of casualties and damages among SAC troops is still unknown.

During the operation, one drone belonging to the Kantbalu District Drone Unit was lost, causing an estimated financial loss of around 7 million kyats.

The group appealed to civilians to avoid areas where SAC troops are stationed and called on everyone capable to support the struggle until the fascist army is completely uprooted.

🚩🚩 4. Civilian Injured by SAC Heavy Artillery Fire in Pulaw Village

The Karen National Union (KNU) reported that one civilian was injured when SAC troops attacked Kawek Village in Pulaw Village Tract, Laemula Township, Brigade (4) area of Myeik–Dawei District, Tanintharyi Region, with heavy artillery.

The attack occurred at 9:20 AM on September 24, when SAC Infantry Battalion 258 fired artillery shells toward Kawek Village.

A woman in her 60s was injured, and one civilian house was also damaged during the bombardment.

🚩🚩 5. In Gyobingauk Township, homes were destroyed and civilians displaced due to a military drone attack

On September 27, soldiers from A Lyae Kone police station—located between Gyobingauk and Okpho townships—carried out a drone bombing attack on Phalanpin village. According to local reports, one house was destroyed in the assault.

In addition, Daung Spae Kwin village, Phalanpin village, and Ywar Thit village were shelled with heavy artillery, causing another house to be destroyed and forcing local civilians to flee to safety.

Similarly, on September 26, the terrorist military launched two drone bombs on Myo Kaing village without any clashes taking place. One house was destroyed, but no civilians were harmed, according to reports.

It was also learned that during the assault, one of the bombs failed to detonate, and Revolutionary Forces had to intervene to clear it.

🚩🚩 6. In Mine Lone Township, a military commission airstrike destroyed a monastery and 20 civilian homes

In Panthapyay village, Mine Lone Township, located within the territory controlled by PSLF/TNLA Brigade (1) in northern Shan State, the military commission forces carried out an aerial bombing. According to PSLF/TNLA, a monastery and 20 civilian houses were damaged in the attack.

On September 27 at around 4:07 p.m., despite no clashes occurring, the military commission forces deliberately targeted civilians, dropping two 500-pound bombs.

The bombing destroyed the monastery and damaged up to 20 civilian-owned houses, though no casualties were reported.

It was further reported that throughout this month, the military commission has carried out airstrikes, heavy artillery shelling, and drone bombings on Kyaukme, Hsipaw, and Mongmit townships—areas under PSLF/TNLA control—causing the deaths of two men and injuries to one man and four women.

🚩🚩 7. In Gangaw Township, a criminal prisoner detained by Revolutionary Forces escaped custody

Gan Gaw Media has issued a public warning urging civilians to exercise caution, after a criminal prisoner detained by Revolutionary Forces in Gangaw Township, Magway Region, escaped.

The detainee, The Win Naung (aka Naung Naung), escaped from the detention site at around 2 a.m. on September 27.

He is originally from Nyaung Pin Thar village, Banmauk Township, Katha District, and was once a revolutionary fighter against the military dictatorship.

However, he was later detained by Revolutionary Forces due to numerous fraudulent activities related to arms and finances. Reports also state that he committed sexual assaults in the Anyar region, making him a criminal offender.

Therefore, civilians have been urged to be especially cautious, and to immediately inform the nearest battalion or resistance forces if they encounter him.

🚩🚩 8. In Gangaw District, discussions held on expanding Pa Ka Pha organizational structure

According to Pa Ka Pha A Than, a meeting was held to discuss the expansion of the People’s Defense Force (Pa Ka Pha) in Gangaw District, organized by the Ministry of Defense under the National Unity Government (NUG). Pa Ka Pha officials from three townships within the district participated.

Attendees included district and township-level Pa Ka Pha leaders, who discussed strategies for expansion and more effective mobilization efforts.

Gangaw District, which borders Chin State, is part of Magway Region and is considered a stronghold of the people’s resistance war.

Across the country, Pa Ka Pha organizations have been widely established, systematically carrying out public mobilization efforts and implementing the People’s War strategic plan.
