๐๐ 1. Interim Administrative Implementation Central Committee holds coordination meeting with Ayeyarwady Region People's Administrative Bodies

The National Unity Government's Interim Administrative Implementation Central Committee and People's Administrative Bodies from Ayeyarwady Region convened Coordination Meeting 7/2025 at 10:00 AM on July 13.
According to reports, a member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee for Interim Public Administration Implementation and an official from the Ministry of Education delivered the opening remarks at the meeting.
Following the opening session, members of the People’s Administrative Bodies raised questions and engaged in discussions regarding joint administrative functions, which were answered by relevant officials from the respective ministries.
The meeting was attended by Union-level Permanent Secretaries, Deputy Permanent Secretaries, Associate Permanent Secretaries, departmental officials, and representatives from township-level People’s Administrative Bodies in Ayeyarwady Region. The session concluded at 11:30 AM.

๐๐ 2. Ministry of Humanitarian and Disaster Management provided MMK 343.35 million in humanitarian assistance during June 2025

In June 2025, the Ministry of Humanitarian and Disaster Management under the National Unity Government provided a total of MMK 343.35 million in humanitarian assistance to those in urgent need, according to an official announcement.
This amount, which was raised through donations from the public in support of the revolution, was allocated as follows:
- MMK 75.76 million for emergency food assistance to 45,954 internally displaced persons (IDPs) and war refugees;
- MMK 13.40 million for emergency humanitarian support to 56 revolutionary martyrs and 116 persons injured in clashes;
- MMK 0.40 million for emergency humanitarian support to political prisoners and their families;
- MMK 247.77 million for victims of natural disasters;
- MMK 0.00 million for vulnerable civilians and their families;
- MMK 0.70 million for civil disobedience movement (CDM) staff and their families;
- MMK 4.32 million in general humanitarian assistance.

๐๐ 3. Karenni O1 Hospital treated 763 inpatients and 892 outpatients in the first half of 2025

According to the hospital's semi-annual report, Karenni O1 Hospital, which is operating in a location within Karenni territory, provided treatment to 763 inpatients and 892 outpatients during the first half of 2025.
During this period, the hospital treated:
- 177 patients for general illnesses,
- 435 patients requiring surgical interventions,
- 151 patients related to maternal and child healthcare.
It was noted that 25% of the inpatients were suffering from conflict-related illnesses and injuries, and all of these patients received 100% free medical care.
Additionally, the outpatient department treated 892 individuals, with the most common conditions being hypertension, heart diseases, respiratory infections, and trauma from accidents.
In the first six months of 2025, the hospital successfully conducted 459 surgeries, and the O1 diagnostic lab processed 14,817 blood test analyses, including 8,987 tests conducted free of charge.
The hospital also conducted diagnosis and treatment for 217 dengue fever cases and identified 33 tuberculosis patients, ensuring continuous medication and care plans were in place for them.
In terms of blood transfusion services, the hospital administered a total of 481 units of blood, made possible through donations from volunteer blood donors. The hospital expressed its deep gratitude to all donors and those who facilitated the donations.
Furthermore, all inpatients, their caretakers, and hospital staff were provided with three meals a day, and bomb shelters were constructed on site to enhance security.

๐๐ 4. All Internal Checkpoints Removed in Wa State; Free Movement Permitted

The Central Committee of the United Wa State Army (UWSA) announced on July 11 that all internal checkpoints within Wa State have been dismantled, allowing the public to travel freely.
UWSA spokesperson U Nyi Ran informed Voice of Wa Youth that this directive applies to all internal checkpoints in the four districts of Wa State—Mong Pawk, Mong Lin, Mong Maw, and Hopang.
Only internal checkpoints are being removed, while border checkpoints will remain operational as usual. It was also reported that the dismantling of checkpoints is being carried out not only in the capital city Pangsang, but also in Mong Pawk and Mong Maw.

๐๐ 5. Approximately 1,000 Killed in Airstrikes During First Half of 2025

According to the Spring Revolution Database (SRD), an estimated 1,000 people, including civilians and revolutionary resistance fighters, were killed during the first six months of 2025 as a result of airstrikes by the brutal military junta.
From January to June 2025, air-dropped bombings killed a total of 881 individuals, comprising both resistance fighters and civilians.
In addition, 53 deaths were reported from drone attacks, including 38 civilians and 15 resistance fighters, while 66 civilians were killed in bombing raids conducted by military helicopters.
Within the six-month period, the junta carried out approximately 1,134 airstrikes, primarily using Y-12, K-8W, Yak-130, and MiG-29 fighter jets, as well as Mi-35 helicopters.
The airstrikes were mainly launched from the Meiktila, Shante (Shan State), Tada-U, and Naypyidaw air force bases.
