๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 1. KNDF Deputy Commander-in-Chief calls for public reporting of military air-related information

September 19

According to local sources, the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Karenni Nationalities Defense Force (KNDF), Maw Reh, has called on the public to report information regarding the terrorist military’s aircraft and air movements to the Enemy Air Route (EAR) monitoring system.

He appealed to all revolutionary civilians living near military airbases to report immediately whenever a plane takes off—specifying the time, direction, and any other relevant details.

“Every aircraft flying over our territories is an enemy aircraft. Therefore, we earnestly request our people to share whatever information they know with us,” said KNDF Deputy Commander-in-Chief Maw Reh, as reported by Karenni Media, a local news agency.

The purpose of this request is to collect intelligence about enemy aircraft and their flight routes.

According to Karenni People’s Voice, such reporting allows the revolutionary forces to obtain advance information on air activity, which not only enhances self-protection for the people but also provides more time for air-defense forces to prepare and potentially shoot down aircraft.

For this reason, the public at large has been urged to actively participate in the Aircraft Reporting Campaign.

The terrorist military continues its offensive in Karenni State not only through ground assaults but also by launching repeated airstrikes on civilian-populated areas, religious buildings, and IDP camps. Because of this ongoing situation, KNDF Deputy Commander-in-Chief Maw Reh made this urgent appeal.

On September 17, the terrorist military carried out an airstrike on Tanung U Kwe Catholic Church in western Demoso, causing destruction to the church building, according to military reports.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 3. Pyu Saw Htee informant executed in Nyaung Lay Pin Township

September 19

The urban youth guerrilla group 9 Stars UG announced that it had executed Ko Ko, a Pyu Saw Htee militia informant, in Nyaung Lay Pin Township, Bago Region.

According to the group, Ko Ko had been assisting the junta in preparing for their sham elections and had been oppressing local civilians by various means. Acting on local complaints, the 9 Stars UG team went to arrest him at his home in Ta U Village on the night of September 17.

When captured, Ko Ko was preparing to leave home with a bag. As he was being taken outside the village, he attempted to resist arrest by using a hand grenade hidden in his bag. In response, the UG group shot him, resulting in his death.

From his bag, the UG group recovered:

  • One Vivo mobile phone
  • A wallet containing 40,000 kyat
  • An ID card
  • One hand grenade issued by the terrorist military

According to the 9 Stars UG statement, Ko Ko had been deeply involved in supporting the junta’s illegal election plan. He was reportedly working with Second Lieutenant Khin Hlaing of Madauk and had extorted locals in the Sittaung River area, demanding payments from fishermen and boat owners—charging 200,000 kyat per fishing boat. He also extorted 35,000 kyat per head of buffalo or cow from IDPs.

The group further warned that in the future, all Pyu Saw Htee militia, administrative officials, and collaborators with the terrorist junta who oppress civilians in eastern Bago Region will be treated as military targets and attacked accordingly.

๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ 4. Mong Koe District Police urge public to participate in anti-narcotics operations

September 19

The Mong Koe District Police Force, in Special Region 1 of the Union of Myanmar, has called on the public to cooperate and support anti-narcotics operations.

This appeal was made at the Mobilization Meeting held on September 15 to initiate a special anti-drug campaign under the 915 Narcotics Suppression Plan.

The district police force explained that drugs are an enemy of society, destroying physical and mental health, family happiness, and social structures, while also fueling crime and lawlessness.

The special anti-narcotics campaign will be implemented in collaboration with various law enforcement agencies within Mong Koe District. Operations will cover towns, villages, and roads throughout the district.

Thanks to the strong leadership of the Special Region Administration Committee and interdepartmental cooperation, Mong Koe District has already achieved notable success in recent years in narcotics suppression.

The District Police Chief urged all participants in the anti-drug operations to follow rules and laws strictly. He also encouraged the general public to actively cooperate by reporting drug-related activities, helping to create a drug-free environment and protecting a safe, healthy future society.
