๐Ÿ“Œ๐Ÿ“Œ 3. Dawei National Liberation Army Warns Civilians to Remain Cautious as Junta Airstrikes Could Occur Anytime

October 31

The Dawei National Liberation Army (DNLA) has issued a public warning urging residents to stay vigilant, as the military junta could carry out airstrikes at any time.

The alert follows the successful attack and seizure of the Maungmagan Sub-Town Police Station in Launglon Township, Dawei District, by revolutionary forces.

Given the current escalation of military operations across the country, the DNLA urged civilians to exercise heightened caution and remain alert in their movements and daily activities.

The DNLA also advised residents throughout Tanintharyi Region to comply with safety information and instructions concerning air defense and sheltering procedures, as junta airstrikes could happen without warning.

In addition, the group called on soldiers and police personnel who wish to stand with the people and truth to defect from the junta and seek refuge under the protection of the people’s side as soon as possible.

According to reports, in the assault on the Maungmagan Sub-Town Police Station, at least ten junta troops were killed, and weapons, ammunition, and related equipment were seized by the revolutionary forces.
