3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the National Unity Government announced on February 22 the blacklisting of personnel from the terrorist military junta under Notification No. (4/2021) and Notification No. (1/2022). Despite this, the junta continues to cover its inhumane killings and war crimes while spreading disinformation internationally. Rather than assisting Myanmar citizens abroad, they are oppressing them, complicating passport renewals and access to consular services. In response to the junta's illegal recruitment and arbitrary repression, the ministry has warned those already blacklisted. According to Notification No. (1/2025), 17 individuals are added to the Public Interest Blacklist (Third Batch), while Notification No. (2/2025) 13 individuals are added to the Blacklist (Fourth Batch).

5. Myanmar Migrant workers in Thailand claim that the Thai authorities' actions in detaining and deporting Myanmar nationals are like enlisting soldiers for the terrorist military junta. On February 24, 200 Myanmar nationals were deported through the customs checkpoint in Chaw Nan Hong village, Ranong district. Those with expired Myanmar passports cannot obtain extensions and face difficulties, with the embassy complicating matters further. Initially seeking money, the junta now wants people to serve in the military. This is like the Thai government arresting and recruiting people for Myanmar. In the third week of February, nearly 20 Myanmar citizens were arrested in Bangkok for allegedly selling illegal goods, with ongoing arrests occurring in shopping malls and markets.
